I want to speak to you on the subject called the wrath of God, the wrath of God. But we would love to speak on the love of God. And I speak on the love of God every week when I explain the gospel and how much God loves us. And so we need to know that yes, God demonstrated his love for us by down on the cross, paid for the sins of the whole world. And what he did for one person, he did for everybody equally the same.

God is not a respecter of persons. So yes, God loves the world. But the bad news is the world doesn’t love God and the people of the world. Most of them don’t love God. Nations don’t love God. And they want to do away with God. We have, I believe, a movement on in America to do away with God. They don’t want children taught about God. They don’t want them to read the Bible. They don’t want them to pray. They are stripping our heritage from our Christian heritage.

that we’ve had in the founding of this country. So I don’t like what I see coming. The world is in a pitiful state. We are seeing some of the results of people’s rebellion to God. And there’s consequences to people denying the rule of God over their life. You can do it as an individual, as a family, and as a church, and as a nation. So there’s a price to pay. your Bible and turn to the book of Revelation in chapter 12.

This is a chapter that’s kind of like a parenthetical expression in a sentence. You can put it in and take it out. It doesn’t hurt the flow of the message. But there’s something here that gives us an insight of what’s going to take place in the last days. The time that’s right ahead of us. Let me just show you just a little bit. We have the cross, and this is the time in which we now live, called the church age.

It’s lasted about 2,000 years. The next thing on God’s timetable is for the rapture to take place. That’s where God’s going to take out of this world, those individuals that have accepted Christ as their Savior, regardless of who they may be, wherever they may be, on the whole earth. So that day is coming. As soon as that happens, there is what we call the seven-year tribulation period upon the year. This is the worst period of time that the world has ever known.

It’s known as the 70th week of Daniel. It’s known as Jacob’s trouble, the time of Israel’s trouble. Now during this 70 week of Daniel, it’s only seven years long, but this is the most wicked period of time upon the face of the earth, and it’s right ahead of us. Now, I know that we would love to hear about all the good things that are going to happen in the future, but I have to be honest with you. I didn’t write this book, but I do believe this book.

And what I’m going to tell you, if you believe the Bible, you just do your dead level best to prove it wrong. All I want is chapter and verse, because I will give you chapter and verse. And I want you to have your Bible, and that’s why I want you to look at it and read it. In the Bible, this seven-year period of time right here, which is right ahead of us, is going to be composed of two different…

segments of time. The first three and a half years is known as the time of sorrow. It’s three and a half years long. It’s when the anti-Christ who heads up the last world government and buddy there will be a heading up of a last world government. There’s even people in America that is thinking globally instead of our sovereignty as a nation of America and be an independent of other nations, which is where I believe we ought to be. And this is going to be a peace treaty time that will be made with the nation of Israel.

Isn’t it amazing that what happens over in Israel makes front page in the world? Because we were there in Jerusalem, in the old section of Jerusalem, and they had to block off one of the streets because of where we were in the bus, and there were soldiers everywhere, and we heard gunshots. And 13 people were killed. We were there and it was on that one day and when we got back on the following day, it was front page in the Wall Street Journal.

Now there’s a lot of things happening everywhere in all the world, but when it happens in Israel that’s a different story. Because you see God’s timetable starts and stops with Israel. But Israel was destroyed by Titus when he came in from Rome 70 AD and late siege against the city. And it fell. The Jews were scattered for almost 2,000 years, went back to the land, become established as a nation, and then there’s going to be a peace treaty that’s going to be made.

And isn’t it true that even the Obama administration and all administrations have tried to make peace between Israel and their enemies? So far it hasn’t worked. Without the Prince of Peace, there will be no peace. And Israel wants peace. Almost to the place of being able to, and willing to give away their land and whatever they can for peace. And the world is siding against Israel. Our administration is slowly turning against Israel. And it’s going to get worse and worse.

And the Bible says that all nations were turned against the little o’ nation of Israel. of Rhode Island, and yet there’s a God in heaven that’s watching all of this on planet earth. And it’s going to be so important. So God says that the day is coming when he’s going to pour out his wrath upon the entire world. And it says it will come as a snare to enslave everybody that will be on the earth. Now you and I that no Christ is saved, it will be taken out of here at the Rapture.

A peace treaty will be made. The first three and a half years is the anti-Christ deceiving the world, persuading them to give them their power to Him so that He can rule over them. You say they’ll never do it. They’re doing it now. People in America today will very willingly and easily give up all of their freedom if the government will promise to take care of you from the womb to the tomb. That’s what this whole health care bill is about.

You want something from the government, but the government can’t give you anything until it takes it from you first. Have you gone out to a restaurant lately and bought two eggs and some toast and hash browns and noticed it can cost you six, seven, eight dollars? Is it because the food’s worth so much more now? It’s because your dollar isn’t worth anything anymore. It’s already taken its effect and you’re going to be paying more. This whole thing is a way of draining America dry.

We’re going to pay for our sins. Did you know that God said in His Word when He told the nation of Israel, He says, if you will serve me and honor me, I’ll put none of the diseases of the heathens upon you. And we wouldn’t have to worry. Health care is serving God, and God will take care of your health. But we don’t serve God like we ought to, and we don’t take care of our health like we ought to.

That’s why we’re in such a mess that we’re in. And everybody’s doing everything they can to live a little bit longer. It’s a little bit longer. It’s gonna sink us. We’re gonna die anyway somehow, somewhere, some way, but anyway, that’s not my sermon for today. Look, all this side stuff, that’s just French benefits. In the middle of this tribulation period, the Bible says that the anti-Christ will go into the temple in Jerusalem and claim himself that he is God.

And that will be the worst period of time that the world has ever known Satan during this period of time. Know that he hath but a short time. So look there in Revelation in chapter 12 and look in verse 5. And she brought forth a man, Shai-Hu, this woman, a woman, that he talks about there in verse 1. and draw all of that. Who was to rule all nations? This is the nation of Israel and the child is Jesus Christ.

And he was to rule and her child was caught up under God and to his throne. And there’s been a 2000 year gap because of it. And the woman fled into the wilderness where she had to place prepared a God that they should feed her. There are 1,203 score days. That’s three and one half years. So, Israel is going to have three and a half years, they’re going to have to flee for their life. And we believe that’s going to be in place in the Lord part of Jordan, a place called Petra.

At least that’s my honest opinion. In verse 7 it says, and there was war in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, the dragon fought and his angels. Pervailed not, neither was their place found anymore in heaven. And the great dragon was cast out. serpent called the devil and Satan which deceiveth the whole world. He was cast into the earth and his angels were cast out with him. So we know that the devil and his angels are going to be here and this will be the worst period of time in all the world.

The last three and a half years is called the great tribulation. First part is just the time of sorrows. The Antichrist is taken over and he’s taken over because he’s going to promise peace and safety and abundance and people are looking today for some world leader to come on the scene and promise him peace. And people will give everything they have for the sake of peace and prosperity, security. There is none in this world. And the last two and a half years, the worst period of time the world has ever known, and you’ll look there in verse 12, therefore rejoice ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them, woe to the inhabitants of the earth and of the seed.”

Now get this in mind. He says, those that are in heaven, rejoice. Those on the earth, woe unto you. I’m glad I’ll be up here when this is going on down here. And look what else he says, for the devil is come down unto you and you’re the underlying these three words, having great wrath. See, doing this period of time, the devil is going to unleash all the wrath he possibly can. He’s going to be as mean and as ugly and as detrimental as he can and destroy whatever he can and he aimed his focus mainly upon the people and God is going to let him do it.

He’s going to try to destroy it and totally annihilate the nation of Israel. He’s coming after everybody that doesn’t believe what he is saying and doing and will worship him and multitudes of Christians are going to be killed. Multitudes from every nation are going to be killed. Look there in chapter 6. Chapter 6 of Revelation. And look at verse 9. Now the first four seals have already been opened. So he says in verse 9, and when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw unto the altar the souls of them that were slain slain for the word of God.

You see, whenever you die, when you trust in Christ as your Savior, your body, yes, goes in the grave. But your soul is in heaven. This is in heaven. You’re up here to be absent from the body, present with the Lord. So this is those that are in heaven. They’ve already been slain. That were slain for the word of God and for the testimony which they, and they cried with a loud voice saying, How long, Lord, holy and true, thus, thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth, because, see, while they were on the earth, and because of their love for the Lord and because of their testimony, they were slain, they were killed, murdered, and now they’re in heaven, they say, Lord, how long before you avenge our blood on them on the earth?

Listen, the lost men, the wicked nations of this world, they can do whatever they wanna do, but they’re gonna lose in the long run. We’re gonna win and we don’t have to be afraid. But there’s some evil things that are coming upon this earth. I get what he says. And it says in verse 11, and white robes were given unto every one of them. And it was said unto them that they should rest yet a little while until their fellow servants also and their brethren that should be killed as they were should be fulfilled.

In other words, God said, it ain’t over yet. You got a little bit more time. And there’s some more that’s going to be killed. And then he gets into verse 12, and I beheld, when he had opened the sixth seal and lo, there was a great earthquake. The sun became black as sackcloth of hair and the moon became as blood. Stars of heaven fell upon the earth, even as a fig tree casser untimely figs when she’s shaken of a mighty wind.

The heavens departed as a scroll when it is rolled together and every mountain and island were moved out of their places. And the kings of the earth and the great men and the rich men and the chief captains and the mighty men and every bondmen and every free man hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains, said to the mountains and the rocks, fallen us and hide us from the face of him that set it on the throne and you’re to underline this phrase and from the wrath of the Lamb.”

Now, you ever see a lamb lose its cool? This is araught that’s getting angry when Christ came the first time. They were they were looking for somebody to deliver them from the iron heal of Rome. You know that knight in shining armor. When he comes back here, he’s coming back as the lion of the tribe of Judah. But it says, I saw this lamb as it had been slain. And this is talking about the wrath of the lamb. In other words, Jesus Christ is going to get even.

There’s vengeance coming. God has tolerated an awful lot of evil. God has tolerated your wickedness. Some of you said in right here, God’s tolerated your wickedness, but God has seen everything. God knows everything and God is a loving God and he’s a patient God. But let me serve you notice, you’re not gonna win. He gonna beat that power out of you. And if you know him as your savior, God’s gonna take and cut out your legs from under you buddy and he could take you home before your time.

He ain’t through with you yet. You can’t mock God and you mock God by mocking sin and thinking, I can live as I please and get away with it. No you can. No man can. No family can. No nation can. And neither can a church. Where to be holy people? God be people. And putting God first. Now look what he says there. In verse 70, and the great day of his wrath is come and who shall be able to stay.

So we know that this is the beginning of the day of wrath. So we’re at the middle of the tribulation period. This three and a half years is the worst part of time that the world has ever known. You see the devil is going to do everything he can during this period of time. He’s poured out his wrath upon the earth and then you’ve got the Lord and the Lord It’s poured on his wrath, buddy. I wouldn’t want to be here.

But you know there’s people sitting here right now. If you never trust, he Christ is your Savior. If the Raptor took place, hello. You ought to understand this is what’s going to take place. I have no desire to stick around for any of this. But he says it’s coming. Take your Bible and look there in Revelation chapter 11. Revelation and chapter 11. Revelation chapter 11 and look in verse 15. Remember this in the book of Revelation it opens up seven seals.

The seven seals are opened and then there’s seven trumpets. Like he opens up the seven seals and then seven trumpets. Tanta-ranta-tata-tata-tata and makes an announcement and boom! There’s seven angels that pours out the seven bios, the bowls of judgments but upon the earth. So there’s seven seals, seven trumpets, getting your attention. The seven angels will sound. And then there’ll be seven bowls of judgment that God will pour out his wrath upon the earth because God says that his wrath is full.

The bowls are full of judgment. There were God says, I’ve had it up to here with you. You know what he did when he got sick and tired back in the time of, what was that guy’s name? No one, anybody remember what he did to the world back then? Destroyed the whole earth. But it says, Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord. Jesus Christ is coming back. He’s coming back for his saints. And here he’s going to come back with his saints, but buddy in between there, I wouldn’t want to be here upon this earth.

because this earth is about to receive the wrath of God upon it. And White House can’t stop it. The Democrats can’t stop it and the Republicans can’t stop it and no independents can stop it. Nobody’s gonna stop this. The world government isn’t gonna stop it. Don’t put your confidence in man. We’re gonna put our confidence in the Lord. But look at verse 15. And the seventh angel sounded and there were great voices in heaven saying, the kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ and He shall reign forever and ever.

See Christ is getting ready to come back and He’s going to reign forever and ever and ever. There’s our new heavens and our new earth. Go away, close. And then He says here in verse 16, and the four and twenty elders which sat before God on their sigs or their thrones fell upon their faces and worshiped God. Sin we give thee thanks. Oh Lord God Almighty Which art and was an art to come? Because thou hast taken to thee thy great power and hath reigned so he ain’t done it yet But it looks like it like he already has So he kind of like jumps out into the future and it comes back and it’ll tell you some more things gonna happen in his Just jumps back out there.

He comes back to you some more, more things gonna happen and look what he says in verse 18 and the nations were angry and And I wrath is come go to underline the rat is come see It was the the wrath of the lamb is coming now the rat has arrived It’s arrived. You’re doing this period of time right here. It’s a short period of time Three and a half years the devil knows he had but they short time see that the global believes in prophecy The devil believes the Bible better than most Christians do So he’s in verse 18, thy wrath is come and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou should have give reward unto thy servants the prophets and to the saints, and then that fear thy name, small and great, and should have destroyed them which destroy

the earth. Are we living at a time when people are able to destroy this earth? going to come back and destroy them that would destroy the earth. And he says in the book of Matthew in chapter 24, it makes the statement that the great tribulation that’s coming. And if God does not intervene, no flesh would be left alive. We’re living at the state that you can say it’s an emergency. But man can destroy man from the face of this earth.

And they don’t know So what little nut is going to mash some little button and fire some little missile, and when these days we’re going to see some mushroom cloud over some city here in America. You say, you believe all that? Yes, I do. I’m a realist. I’m not going to take my head and put it into the sand and close my eyes like it’s not going to be possible. Yes, it is possible. We haven’t yet suffered as a nation like some nations have suffered.

Christians, we have had it so nice and so easy and so cozy for so long. We don’t know what it would be like to have to sacrifice to what we really believe. So he says in verse 19, and the temple of God was opened in heaven and there was seen in his temple the Ark of the Covenant. So you say, where’s that covenant? You know the Ark, the Raiders of the Lost Arts in trying to find out. I already found it.

It’s right there. God says it’s in heaven. But anyway, I believe there’s another one. I believe there’s another one. And I believe there’s a good possibility it’s under the Temple Mount. Look there in Revelation chapter 14. Revelation chapter 14. And look in verse 10. Revelation 14 and look in verse 10. He says that during this period of time, in verse 9, we’re looking in verse 9 for it. And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, if any man worshiped the beast and his image, receive his mark in his forehead or in his hand.

The same shall drink of the wind of the anorta on the land. The wrath of God, the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture. In other words, God’s not going to dilute his wrath with mercy. During this period of time, no mercy. God is going to unleash his fury. In other words, have you ever wondered why If God can destroy Sodom and Gomorrah, why is he not doing something about what’s going on in our nation today? Be patient.

It’s coming. God is going to have enough and judgment is going to fall. God’s wrath is coming. You and I, as a child of God, we can’t live as we plead because God said he’ll beat the Torah out of us if we do. Maybe take us home before our time. But those people who rebel against God want nothing to do with the Bible, nothing to do with Jesus Christ. Hey! If there’s anybody you don’t want to make mad, it should be God.

You don’t want to make it. God. Mad. And look what he says in verse 10, The same shall drink of the wind of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation, and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the lamb, and the smoke of their torment ascended up forever and ever. That sounds like a long time to me. And they have no rest day nor night who worship the beast and his image and whosoever receiveeth the mark of his name.

But wrath of God, see it’s coming. Look there in the verse here, look in verse 19. In verse 19 it talks about this great big old bowl. And then this great big old bowl is really a big old alley. It’s the plains of Jezreel in the place called Megiddo. They call it the Battle of Armageddon, but that’s another sermon I’m going to go in there. This is a great big old bowl. And God’s going to go out there and he’s sending out his angels and cutting down these sickles, and cutting down all these big old grapevines and dragging these grapevines.

They’re people from all over the world into this great big old valley. And then God says he’s going to jump in there with his feet and smash him. And it says the blood’s going to run for about 200 miles. God’s going to be angry. People can play around with God all they want to, but God is a good God. God God is a loving God. God’s a kind God. He’s a compassionate God. But don’t make him mad. And people are making God angry.

God is getting upset. And God is going to judge this world. He’s going to judge Israel because they rejected their Messiah. And you’re going to judge the world because they still rejected the Messiah. Everything deals with Jesus Christ. What do you do with Him? So He says here in verse 19, and the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth. gather the vine of the earth and cast it into the great winepress. And you are on the line these words, the wrath of God.

The wrath of God. And the winepress was trod without the city and blood came out of the winepress, even until the horses bribed about the space of a thousand and six hundred for a long time, almost two hundred miles. And that’s a long ways. But this is what God’s word is saying is going to take place. Look there in chapter 16 of Revelation and look in verse 1 and I saw another sign in heaven Great and marvelous seven angels having the seven last plagues for in them is filled up the wrath of God And you’re on the line that were filled up in other words the bowl is full And God has had enough and he’s sending forth these angels and says I want you to take these bowls of judgment and dump them out upon the earth.

So there’s seven bowls of judgment. They don’t happen exactly the same time. They happen consecutively. In other words, this one, and then this one, and then this one, and then this one, and then this one. But while this judgment is going on, this another one poured out, and then now you got two of them going on. Then they pour out this one, and now three of them going on. Then you pour out the next one, and now you got all four of them going on, and it gets worse and worse and worse and worse and worse.
