Take your five moments. Look here in the book of Acts. The book of Acts. Look there in Acts chapter 17 first of all, and then there’s another scripture that I want to see. Chapter 15. But look there in Acts chapter 17. God says in verse 31, because this is Acts 17 verse 31, because he hath appointed a day in the way he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained, talking about Christ. In other words, everything is going to be judged according to His Son, Jesus Christ.

Are you as perfect? Are you as righteous as His Son? That’s the only way you get to heaven. Everybody is going to be judged according to Him. And so either you will be as righteous as Christ or you don’t get to go in. So that’s why we accept Christ as our Savior and He gives us His Now everybody said it, because he hath appointed a day in which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained, where he hath given get this assurance unto all men and that he hath raised him from the dead.

So it’s not a matter just believing in anybody named Jesus, but your assurance of your salvation comes because of Christ’s not only dying dying for sin, but coming back from the dead. The payment was paid. God accepts the payment and you can’t trust a dead Christ to save you. He came back from the dead. He is alive and we trust him and he can save us. Now, here’s what it says in verse 32. If they did not have to believe anything about the resurrection of Christ or the payment for sin that he made, you know, the apostle Paul to say to themselves a lot of trouble by not mentioning the resurrection.

You know they got in trouble when they preached that. Look what happened when they preached in here. And when they heard of the resurrection of the dead, some monk, now they’re just going to hear the again and then why they get in the issue? They don’t have to believe them why they get in the issue. What talk about it? But it tells you who Jesus is. That’s why it’s so important. And because of it, it’s in verse 34, how certain men clave unto him and did what?

And believed. And they believed in the Jesus that died and rose again and God says, your assurance is based upon the resurrection and because he paid for all of my sins and came back from the dead, I have a shirt of the resurrection. I have eternal life. So that whenever I die, I’m going to rise again. My body’s going to come back from the dead. What? Because he is. Anyway, look now in chapter 15, chapter 15. And you’ll notice in chapter 15, now what you’re looking verse 13, this is a This course going on in the church there in Jerusalem James is the pastor of the church and there had Risen a problem about do you have to keep the lawn so forth to be saved or to stay saved?

For verse 13 said and after they had held their piece James answered saying Men and brethren parking on the me Simeon, or figure, have declared how God at the first did visit the Gentiles to take out of them a people for his name. Now this is where we’re getting the fullness of the Gentile. I believe that there’s only so many cells in the body. And so whenever that body is complete in its full, complete, done, the rapture takes place.

I don’t know, but I would mind when in the last person to the Lord that causes the rapture take place. I don’t know if that’s what he’s referring to, but sure sounds pretty good. Now look what else he says. In verse 15 and to this, agree the words of the prophet, the Old Testament. as it is written, we’ll back to the Old Testament. In verse 16, after Christ takes out a people for his name of the believing Jews and believing Gentiles.

Remember on the day of Pentecost, it was the believing Jews. Chapter 10, believing Gentiles. And they were put together into one body. This is a mystery, never been known about before. Only the God was going to do something. And then he says, after this, the church is complete. And the raptor takes place. And we’re out of here, look what he says in verse 18. After this, what’s that word? I will return. That means he had become before this time.

So he’s already been here once. Now he’s gonna return, get what he said. And build again the tabernacle of David, Which has fallen down and I will build again the ruins thereof and I will set it up That the residue of men might seek after the Lord and all the Gentiles under whom my name is called says the Lord who do it all these things known in the God are all of his wonderful works from beginning the time so God says in the Last days, this is what’s going to take place Well, this is where we are now in our prophecy Take your Bible and now go to the book of Revelation in chapter 7.

So the rapture has taken place. The fullness of the Gentile has come in. The Jews are going to be grafted back in as a nation, which will take place when Christ comes back in power in great glory. Now there’s other Jews that are going to be reached way before this at the end of the seven-year tribulation period. So he says he’s going to seal them in their foreheads. See there in verse 3, hurt not the earth, neither the seed nor the tree.

That means the trumpets are not supposed to sound by these angels until God gets this done. In the other words, there’s something God has to take place. Who leads these people to the Lord? I don’t know. And exactly what time does these two prophets come into the world that’s been and then chapter 11. Remember it says to measure the city and the temple and the outer core is for the Gentiles but the temple in Jerusalem and it’s talking about this and then talked about there’s two witnesses that show up.

So I believe the temple is already there and this is probably close to the middle of the tribulation period. It’s interesting trying to put all the pieces of the puzzle together. But when it says that they were lying in the streets of the city, I believe that city is Jerusalem. And there’s an interesting thing that I want to show you on all the 17th chapter and who is this Bible on Jesus? Paul on Jesus, Paul on. That’s very, very interesting.

But look, they’re now in verse 4. And I heard the number, the number of them which were sealed. And there were 140 and 4,000 of all the tribes of the children of Israel. Now as you go down through here and you look at these various tribes, now the tribe of Levi was not given a portion of land in the land. They just simply lived among the other 11 tribes because they had a priestly work to do and all the other tribes gave a hint in order to support the tribe of Levi.

So they had a responsibility to service the people and to act as priests and so forth. Now, everybody was supposed to go into Jerusalem at certain times of the year for their celebration of these memorial feasts that they had. Well, there was one tribe that was way up north. And I’ve been there six times now. And way up north in Israel is where Dan was, about their sheep. We’re North is a tribe and that’s where Dan was. Now, Dan didn’t want to tackle all that way, all that way.

So it wasn’t long before they, you know, if you can direct your lives, they wanted their own bridge. There’s not a habit at one house, Michael, but then they went into the whole tribe. So it led to idolatry and it was rebellion to God. And they had their own little statues and so forth. And God was not well pleased. Now when you read in the 49th chapter of the book of Genesis where Jacob is dying and he’s talking about his sons and he talks about Dan is like a serpent, by the way, and bites the writer.

I believe that there’s a good possibility. I’m not saying I’m right, but many Bibles probably believe that Dan is the tribe from which the Antichrist may come. I don’t know. but there’s a good problem. But the tribe of Dan is not mentioned here. Now Joseph was one of the sons, but in many scriptures it does not refer sometimes to Joseph as one of the tribes as it does Ephraim and Manasseh. Those were the two sons of Joseph. And so here it will mention Manasseh and it mentions Joseph, but Joseph is probably the same as his son, which is Eveom.

So you’re going out through here looking verse 7 of the tribe of Simeon works, he was 12,000. I’ll be talking about Levi, where he was at 12,000. This is not possession of land. This is people in the various tribes and there’s 12 tribes, 12,000 from each tribe and then is the one that he’s talking about. Now in verse 9 I believe that there’s a multitude but this is mainly Gentile. So God is reaching Jews and Gentile but he’s using both but look what happens to these ones in verse 9.

Act this behold a great multitude which no man could remember. All nations and and tingles and people and tongues stood before the throne and before the lamb. The flow was white robed and palms in their hands. And then his psyche goes all the way through the whole scenario of the tribulation period. And like it jumps all the way out there into the kingdom and all the way out there into the great white throne, and even pass that into the time when they got the white away all tears from the rhymes.

But look what he said. As they go to all of this, he says there in verse 10, cried with a loud voice saying, salvation to our God which seteth upon the throne and unto the Lamb. And all the angels stood round about the throne. So believe this is the same taking place in heaven. The Elvirs are there, which is 24, for these the living creatures fell upon the throne before the throne on their faces and worship God. and saying, Amen, blessed, blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honor and power and might be unto our God forever and ever, Amen.

And one of the elders answered, said to me, what are these which are raised in white robes and which came they? I said, and insert, Bob Lewis. He said to me, these are they which came out of great tribulation and have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the land. See, the only reason we’re cured because of the blood of the land, not because of righteousness that we have done. Therefore, looking verse 15, therefore are they before the throne of God and serve him day and night in his temple.

And he that sit on the throne shall dwell with them. They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more, neither shall the sun light on them nor any heat, for the lamb which is in the mist of the throne shall feed them. Now I like that part when it says about, He’s gonna feed us when we get to heaven. I love eating. I think that’s one of the greatest inventions I’ve ever read about in the whole study of God’s work.

I like sleeping too, sleeping. I got to where I liked that too. And the older I get, the more I wanna eat, the more I wanna sleep, it’s the length and how that works. I think I’m about ready for heaven now. I’m ready for that long, big, wonderful rest up there. And then they were the eight, and they said, no more work, but he says we should have. He said, what in the world are we gonna do and have it?

Sit around and fill it up with thumbs. I mean, everybody up there is perfect. I’m gonna have fun in the presence of everybody in perfect. I’ve never been running away like that. Are we going to enjoy it? If it isn’t, God says it’s going to be so wonderful that the mind cannot conceive of what God has for us. He says, I have not seen, here have not heard, neither have entered into the heart of man to think that God has prepared for them that mother.

Now there’s a few things God has revealed, but all of it hasn’t been told us yet. And I can’t wait to see what it’s going to be like when we get to heaven. I think a little bit, it’s almost like cheating. You know, my mom’s already in heaven. My sister, she’s already up there. Another sister, she’s already up there. He left us here with all this stuff. Well, I’m not here. And you’re saying, they’re already up there. They’re already enjoying the good life.

That’s the good life. And here we are. Have you ever thought about and wondered if they know what we’re doing? I want to take and see us and know what we’re doing. Do you want to do more because you think they might know or you hope they don’t know? If you wonder that they can see you, if they can see us, that’s scary. I don’t want my Father law. He led me to the Lord. But, you know, there’s a lot of things that we just don’t understand.

And so by faith what God has said we believe and we act upon that and we do the thing that God wants us to do But look what else he says here in verse 17 the land which is in the mist of the throne chafidim and shall lead This into living fountains of water and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes Now when he likes the way I was tears from their eyes now is this during the tribulation period or Or is it already a picture waiting to the future at the end of time when it says in chapter 22 of Revelation, God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes?

I don’t know, I don’t care. I know there’s a time coming when we won’t have to worry about it anymore. But I believe there’s a good possibility that we may see opportunities that we messed up on that we wish we would have taken advantage of. We might even see people that we could have witnessed too and didn’t. I feel even kind of bad at this today, the way back from the Bible study. We came around the bin from the airport cut off.

And a couple of cars had stopped on the side of the road and an 18 wheeler had flipped over and was upside down off on the right-hand side of the road and got into a low part. And I didn’t know if they’d been there for a while or what. So I just quickly pulled over the side of the road. Betty got on the phone and called 911. I went down there and a few other cars started stopping. Then I ran down there and got down there.

And I was wondering, I want the guy in there. And he already got out of what? And I looked in there and there was a black man in there and he was all bent out of shape. And he got his feet up in the air He’s laying back on his back and then he’s laying there. And so when I got there, the windshield was all smashed, but you couldn’t get at anybody. It was all cracked up and the steering wheel was over and the door was straight up in the air.

And I’m looking in there and I saw the guy there and says, can you hear me? Yeah, I hear you. I says, you are right. I said, I think I am. I think so. And then some other people start to come up around. And I said, we’re not going to move you. We don’t let you just face still until they get here. I said, they’ve already been called. We could try to say a few things, we’re trying to come a little bit, and then a bunch of other people come up there, and they’re trying to get their hands in there, and they’re not trying to say, they’re letting them alone, they’re leaving alone.

And a couple of women got there, and you don’t tell them anything. And anyway, they stuck their head in hand, and they’re trying to lift up their heads, and you leave them alone. And, but you don’t know whether or not the guys that you got as head injured or anything are back hurt. So anyway, I told one guy, I said, look around the other corner of the cab there and see if you can look in there and see if he’s all right.

So he did and the guy began to move his leg and then he moved his arm and actually, you know, the boy got up and stood straight up. And by the time they got there, you know, it was all right because a lot of people came around. So I want to add left. And then I thought, which had had time to preach in the 30 minute message, that it just didn’t work out that way. But there’s always possibilities of maybe we could have done something else, because maybe you said something or did this or that, the other.

But we’ll have a lot of time to remember what we could have done or should have done. And maybe by the time the time is all over with God, I got to him after I wiped away some tears from my heart because, you know, heaven will be heaven for long. I hope we’re going to do a sit around a week. I was talking to him with great Stanford one day and I says, if the only ones that are going to heaven are those in God’s family.

Passes and the only ones that are gonna be there are saved people. It’s a different family all together. I said, why would it be more over those that were not in the family? You know, actively great black Chinese. I don’t know. I should think about it for a minute. I’m talking about great Stanford. You know we gotta know everything. I says, the only ones there are those born in the God’s family. We never miss those that’s never been born to our family.

Do you miss the people that’s never been born? Why would I miss those that have never been born? That is, you know, into the second verse. But because we will see each other at the great, bright, growing judgment, there’s a good possibility. see and understand and remember enough that we’re going to have tears. When we think about what we could have done for the Lord and just did not take your Bible there and do it real quick. But we’re in chapter 8 and I think I’ll save all of this chapter 8 because it’s got a lot of good stuff in it and I hope that you’ll enjoy the study of the book of Revelation.

But let me Yes, it’s something. If you’re here tonight and you have never trusted Christ as your Savior, well, according to the Bible, where would you spend eternity if you die without trusting Christ? You’ll spend an eternity separated from God in hell. Do you really believe that there are people who are going to go to a literal fire burning hell? You really believe that. I believe that. That’s one of the greatest motivating factors in a person’s life. Is that you just don’t want people to go to hell.

You don’t want them to go there. And so knowing that and believing that is what challenges and motivates us to be found faithful to the gospel. Let’s see this book right here. This represents you and me. And all of these little things in here. Those are all of our sins. Y’all have a bunch. Look how many sins y’all have committed. Oh, here, here, here’s mine. This must be mine.

How many sins will it take to keep me from going to heaven? Just one. So it doesn’t matter whether somebody only has you, like me and Peter and Maro. But if you have this many, It doesn’t matter how many sins. Christ died and paid for all the sin of all the world. There is no difference in God’s eyes. We’ve all sinned and come short of God’s perfection. And because of that, we can’t go to heaven. You have to be perfect to go to heaven.

We don’t care. This hand represents you and me. The wall represents sin. We all have sin on us. God says that he loves us. by the age what we do wrong. And for us to pay for this sin is eternal separation from God, then hell. And God doesn’t want us to go to heaven. And to go to heaven, we have to be perfect as righteous as God. Now you don’t have to be good. You have to be perfect. No sin, not even one, I want to feel.

That’s why we’re all condemned. There is none perfect. And God says you cannot save your soul from hell. You can’t, in other words, you can’t keep you from going to hell. There’s nothing you can do to keep you from going there. You are condemned. You and I, we are guilty. And by our good works, we can’t deliver ourselves. That’s why it says, a deliverer will come out of Zion. Jesus Christ, the Lord God in the flesh, came into the world for one main reason, to deliver us from hell, to deliver us from the penalty of sin.

So Jesus Christ, who had no sin, didn’t have to die, so he came, took our sin, paid for the one to cross and came back from the dead. And God said, all that I have to do is believe that He did it for me, and He pushed the payment to my account, and I am delivered. I can’t go to hell. I didn’t have to deliver myself. He did it for me. He paid for everything I have ever done. And all I have to do is accept the payment he made.

For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, the host, so ever, he lived within him. If you believe he did it for you, should not perish. That means you will not go to hell. But have everlasting life. We go to heaven. I want Jesus Christ. did for us. Let’s pray. If you’re here tonight and you cannot absolutely say, I know I’m going to heaven when I die and bring right now, understand this, according to the Bible, you are lost.

You’re lost. You’re not going to heaven. But if you want to go to heaven, then you must believe that you are a sinner and cannot save yourself. You can never be good enough to earn a turn away. Salvation is again. God will save you so that you don’t have to go to hell. He can deliver you from it. And once you accept Christ as your Savior, you are saved. It means you cannot today, tomorrow or ever in any time in the future ever go to hell.

You don’t earn it, you don’t work for it. God loves you that much. It is the gift of God not a works list in the mansion. So in the kindness of this moment, with every head bound, every eye closed, is there any one of those? Yes, that made sense to me and I want to be certain going to heaven when I die. And I’m going to ask you if you just slip be in it very quickly and put it right back down.

Just slip it up and put it right back down. By that you mean, yes, I’m trusting Christ as much Savior tonight if you’ve never done it before, but you’ll do it tonight. Then God said He was saving, give you eternal life. And you can know that you’re going to heaven. Is that you want to go before we close? Just slip it up real quickly and repurrk down in the talk. If you have trusted Christ as your Savior, utilize the time that God has given to you and serve or tell people how to have eternal life.

Serve the Lord in such a way that you get people out under the sounds of the gospel. Let God use your power of influence in other people’s lives. Our Father, we thank you so much for all you’ve done for us. We thank you for this time together, being good to us, you’ve blessed us, given us a free gift of eternal life. We thank you for our church, for the radio ministry, and for a long time. for the internet ministry that you’ve given us.

And probably know that there’s a multitude of people that bless you for God’s sake. All because of the internet. And we thank you for that ministry. We’re doing good to us. We thank you for it.
