You ever come to church and wonder I wonder what he’s speaking on tonight or you already all got it figured out I mean, you know me by now. You know what I’m gonna say That’s a couple of you already got it figured out. You know what I’m gonna say Okay, you ain’t been here that long. He can’t know what I’m gonna say. I Want to read some things. We’ll look at some scripture and we’re gonna read some more We’re living in some muddy dark days And sometimes you wonder well, what what can we do?

What can we do about it? We had four messages on prayer, and so maybe it’s something that you’re going to apply to this tonight. We can see that the stone clouds are rolling overhead. It’s like something big is about to happen. Now I like to believe that the rapture is going to take us out of here, but it may not happen yet. We don’t know when the reaction is going to take place. But we believe it could be close.

But with all the things that’s happening on the news and around the world, the economy and just a lot of bad stuff. Therefore I want to share something with you. You know, this month, it’s been quite a while since Roe vs. Wade took place and they call it the Great Abortion Debate. that went on. And so I just want to share a few thoughts with you and let you know where I stand on some of this. And so I want to give you some meanings of words.

The word murder is not a very pleasant word. You hear the word murder you think of that’s bad. And you know like most people think if you want to go to heaven well that’s one thing you can do. You can’t murder people. Well now. If that’s the case, there’s an awful lot of people in America that’s not going to be going because abortion is murder. But that’s not the reason the person goes to hell because of murder. It is the unlawful killing of one human by another, especially with premeditated malice.

Murder, murdering, murders means to kill another human unlawfully, to kill brutally are even mainly to put an end to, to destroy them. So people who murder people. Now there’s another word, and you can remember me just by the word, mott and pa, mottricide and patricide and fanta side. One is for the mom, and one is for the pa, one is for the infant. Those Those are all means that you killed a person. They were murdered. The word matricide means the act of murdering one’s own mother.

Patricide means to act of murdering his own father. The word infanticide is the act of murdering an infant. What is the word that is used to define the act of murdering a baby in a mother’s womb? not infanticide, which is a deliberate premeditated planned murder with the taken of a life. They use the word abortion, and abortion is the word commonly used to describe this act, but abortion is not the proper word. The word abortion comes from the Latin word abordio, which means a miscarriage.

Abortion, therefore, is the premature expulsion of a baby from the womb. It is not, it is a spontaneous miscarriage definitely a tragedy but it’s not a crime. We’ve had five miscarriages in our family. We believe we’ve got five other kids that’s going to be in heaven and one day we’re gonna see those kids. I really believe that. But that’s not infanticide where you deliberately kill an infant. A borson doesn’t sound as bad because you could have, well, we’re going to take this trip, but we aborted the trip.

We didn’t finish out the trip. So no harm done, no harm done. You’re going to plan to do a lot of things and you’re bored. You just decide not to do it. Go against it. But that’s not what infanticide is. It’s taken a human life. Therefore, I am definitely against it. A bird’s sight is the proper word to describe the willful act of destroying an unborn child. The pro-abortion crowd prefers the use of the word abortion because it does not necessarily imply murder.

They would like for everyone to think of the baby as a blob of tissue and the removal of that blob of tissue is merely an innocent surgical procedure, but changing the words will not change the act. It is still sinful and I believe is wrong. It is wicked. I want you to take your Bible and look at a couple verses with me. Look in the book of Psalms, the book of Psalms, 127 Psalm, 127 Psalm. This is one verse that you have heard many times.

you know where it is, probably have it underlined in your Bible, and in Psalm 127 look there in verse 3. Verse 3, Low children are inherited of the Lord, and the fruit of the womb is His reward. The fruit of the womb. Now there’s a lot of scriptures that have not taught this before where the babe in the mother’s womb is called a child. As it can even since turning Jesus, that holy child, the child within the womb is a child.

It’s just not a blob of tissue. We do not need to have the world give us new meanings for words so that it doesn’t sound quite so bad. Now we even today would don’t call a person that’s like the Bible says a drunkard. My father was a drunkard. Today it’s an alcoholic. It’s not the man’s fault it was society that first been in the drinking. And alcoholism today is considered as a disease and you have to be watched carefully through around somebody that has it because you can catch it.

It’s the only disease that I know that people deliberately go out and get. And I figured if you don’t take the first drink, you probably will never become a drunkard. But it doesn’t sound as bad. And like I said this morning, it’s okay to talk about sin. Just don’t name any because that upsets people. Well, I name sin because the Bible does. And I just happen to side with whatever God says. That’s what I do. Look there in Proverbs in chapter 6.

Proverbs, chapter 6, just to your right a couple pages. Proverbs, chapter 6, and look in verse 16. Proverbs 6 verse 16. And you notice what he says here. In verse 16, these six things, doth the Lord hate? Yay, seven are an abomination unto him. A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed, in your underlying these two words, innocent blood. Is that a child? If it is a child, if they take the life of the child, is it taking innocent blood?

Do they, when they abort a child, are they spilling the blood of that child? Now, the Bible says the life of the flesh is in the blood. So when they shed the blood, they’re taking the life of a child, and that is wrong. The safest place in the world ought to be a mother’s womb, and yet today is the most dangerous place to be. So the Bible gives us an idea that some things are not right, and this is going on in society.

Now look in Proverbs in chapter 24, Proverbs 24, and I want you to look first of all at verse 10 chapter 24, and you ought to underline even this verse 10. It’s a good verse. He says, if thou faint in the day of adversity, what does it reveal? Thy strength is small. So does God let us have adversities in life? Well, yes. But what does the adversity reveal to us? Whether we’re strong or whether we’re weak. So God allows things to happen in our life to let us know where we stand.

And so God knows your heart and if your heart’s not right, did you know that the Lord can allow temptations to come To teach you a lesson Gotta be careful now looking verse 11 if thou forbear to deliver them that are drawn unto death and Those that are ready to be slain If thou sayeth behold we knew it not Death not he that pondereth the heart consider it and he that keepeth thy soul death not he know it and And shall not he render to every man according to his works.

Now think about what that verse 11 says. Now look at it one more time. If thou forbear to deliver them that are drawn unto death, and those that are ready to be slain, and you say nothing, or don’t try any way to prevent it, that’s not a very small thing. And God says, when adversity comes and you don’t withstand, that evilness, that wickedness. He says, die strength is small. So everybody has to decide, you know, where do I stand on a particular issue?

The best way is always find out where does God stand? What is the view that God has and then stand there with him? Now, look in Proverbs 28. You’re right there. Proverbs 28. and look in verse 4, 28 and verse 4. It says, they that forsake the law, praise the wicked. Now just think about it for a moment what’s going on in our country today. Our news is still with people, praising wicked people. True? The righteous man is mocked, the Christian is mocked, But you can be as wicked as you want to be and that’s acceptable with a lot of people in America Now that’s a shame because that tells you the direction that we’re going And the reason we’re going in that direction is pretty bad, but a man by the name of John Dewey Thought a great idea to start public schools Started public schools and of course it started off with hey

Today, we had the Bible as a textbook. A lot of teachers that were into schools and principals were good godly men. Schools were locally controlled, not by the state and not by the government in Washington. But you see, you cannot preserve a nation unless you can preserve the education of the children. So what many believers have done is turned over their children through the humanist educators to teach them how to read and write. But along with that comes their philosophy of life.

And see, in a lot of schools they cannot have prayer with the kids. They can’t counsel them from the Bible. They don’t tell them what’s right, what’s wrong. Let’s see, I had a Christian school. We had 329 Christian school. We could teach all those things. We had prayer with the kids. We had to memorize verses out of the Bible. And it does make a difference. But you see, those that don’t know. And sometimes we say, well, it’s not that bad, but it’s getting worse and worse and worse.

So it’s hard to preserve a nation when our children that will be running this country and voting in this country down the road or getting elected to office. Isn’t that enough to scare you to death? So anyway, the day is coming. So it says in verse 4, that they that forsake the law, praise the wicked, but such as keep the law and here’s this word contend, contend with them. Some man just emailed me a letter just a couple days ago.

Wanted to know should Christians vote. So I sent him a lame mail back. When the Bible says resist the devil and he will flee from you, the devil works The next few people. 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 And we are to resist anything that comes from the devil. If it’s not right, we resist it. But small speck gets in your eye.

Oh, don’t worry about it. Isn’t it your sensitive to something as small as a little speck and get in your eye and you want to get it out? That’s the way we should be about freedom. But we don’t have the same kind of people anymore that really think it through. But the word content means to metal, strive, strive, or stir up. It means those that do believe what the Word of God says, ought to put up a fight about it, ought to strive against it.

Stir it up. Let people know what’s right and what’s wrong. And most of the problem is today is because there’s a preacher’s in all the churches that don’t warn their people like they ought to. I’d like to believe that I’m telling you all enough stuff, but I can’t. You know, I don’t want to overdo things, but I just want you to be aware of what’s going on and individually that you’ll vote for the right kind of a person that has a right kind of a position and stand and so on.

But those are not things that I know all the answers to, and I don’t know if any man does. I want you to turn in your Bible to the book of Psalms 94. Psalms 94. Psalms 94, look there in verse 20. Psalms 94 and verse 20. And notice what it says, shall the throne of iniquity have fellowship with thee. Now get this and underline this, which frameeth mischief by a law, which frameeth mischief by a law. So we have people today that get elected to office who have no clue what the Bible says or really agree with the Constitution.

But they swear to uphold it and then they get in and they don’t. Our president today does not uphold our Constitution. He is to execute the law that’s passed by Congress and that’s one of his responsibilities, not pick and choose like he’s doing. It’s It’s wrong. It’s not right for this country. And I will say so. Now, they frame mischief by making laws. They legislate things that are not true. And then of course, we can say just like with the IRS.

I don’t like the IRS. They don’t have the right. No, but they got the power. A lot of things are not right, but they have power. The power means that they can force you to do what they want you to do. And if you’re afraid of them, then you do. Or you’re afraid of the consequences because you can’t fight then you yield. And so that’s where majority of people are in the world today. And so if the good people do nothing then evil will spread and gets worse and worse and worse.

Another scripture I wanted you to see, but I’ll just read this one to you. In Jose chapter 4 and verse 6, this is what it says, is what it says, or destroyed for a… Who may have a clue? Lack of knowledge. They lack knowledge, and they don’t read, they don’t study. Because thou have rejected knowledge, I also will reject thee. That thou shall be no priest to me, See and thou has forgotten the law. I will also forget children.

So God says there’s a reason why he does what he does, but because people forsake his word and do not do what God wants him to do. Now we have, and let me just kind of show you that, there’s God and the Bible, and then we have some good men who are not going to do that. And then we have some good men who believed in God and the Bible. And so these good men produced a document called the US Constitution.

And then we got all of us people. So it’s all right as long as we have people elected to office that believe in God and believe in the Bible. and believe that this instrument called the US Constitution, though it is not inspired of God. It is simply a human document, but it was based upon what the Bible says because it was people that believed in God in the Lord. So this over here is our foundation. So if there’s people who get to the place where they want to change this country, there has to be a changing of the gods.

So they have to change the God. Who is God? Now if God of the Bible is no longer God. Well, then they put themselves as God. So when we allowed evolution to be taught in our schools, that there is no God, there is no Creator, there is no creation. Then how do we get here by the process of evolution? So evolution has no plan. That means a planner, a designer, or there’s no laws. That means a law-giver. So there’s none of those things.

So we’re just the highest form of animal on the top of the evolutionary ladder. And so therefore, if we change where we came from, there is no God, man becomes God. If man becomes God, then we don’t need the Bible because that’s for the people who believe in God. So now the man must develop something like the humanist manifesto that will explain what his religion is, and that has been done. And it has been taught in our schools and our colleges, our universities, until majority of the people in this country, even Christians, live their lives according to the humanist manifesto.

And their logic comes from it. It just makes humanistic sense. And so therefore they go by that. Well, if you’re gonna change that, then you don’t need the Constitution because the Constitution was based upon the rights of a man and his responsibility to each other and to God. We were endowed by our Creator with certain inalienable rights. That didn’t come from man. It didn’t come from government. It came from God. So what we have today is people that no longer believe that.

So, now, all you have to do is go by the majority will of the people. What do the people want? And then when you have a majority, there’s no protection for the minority. the 51% decides the 49% has to go along with that. You say, well, that’s all the way it is, no, it’s not. The true way is 75% can’t change the rights for the 25% because he writes didn’t come from government and government has no authority to take away anybody’s rights.

God gave us those rights and man and government is wrong when they tried to your supplant God and take control. And that’s why even in the Bible it says, stand fast therefore in the liberty where would you have in Christ and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage. America is going to lose its freedom because it won’t stand for freedom. It won’t stand for what’s right. Now it’s just be tolerant of everything until we finally go to sleep and we’re going to wake up one day with no freedom left whatsoever.

Then I see it coming. Let me read this. But never once did the Supreme Court declare abortion itself to be a constitutional right. The Supreme Court says we need not resolve the difficult question of when life begins. The judiciary at this point in the development of man’s knowledge is not in a position to speculate as to the answer. The Supreme Court did not believe they were sufficient to determine when life begins. So they passed above back to Congress. And so now we have it where if Congress would pass a law simply like life at conception.

Now we have a little bit more knowledge and we believe, and we believe a lot of scientists believe that life begins at conception. And if it does, if we have them where they pass a law that life begins at conception because the Supreme Court could not rule on when life begins, that was not what they believed they were capable or should decide. Therefore, Congress should make a law, they can rule against the law once it’s presented to the Supreme Court.

So if they passed a law saying that life begins a conception, all of abortion will automatically be wrong and murder. You understand what I’m saying? The fact is, and this is what is the 14th amendment of our Constitution, the high court, they made this key admission. If this suggestion of personhood is established. The Appellate’s case, Roe v. Wade, who sought a abortion, of course, collapses for the fetus right to life is then guaranteed specifically by the 14th Amendment. And the 14th Amendment states this, nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty or property without due process of law, nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the law.

Then all of the laws have to protect that unborn child in a mother’s womb. It becomes totally now unconstitutional. But see, that’s why they use a different word. That doesn’t mean murder because it’s a description of a fetus or a blob. A blob. And that’s why it needs to be changed. So Congress would have the power to enforce by appropriate legislation the provision of that article. So do I believe that’s what should be done? Yes, I most certainly do.

Let me read this to you. Is it over? Is it over? I mean, is it over? Or is it possible, as Abraham says, is there not yet, you know, ten? What about if there’s ten righteous people? There is no question that the forces of of globalism and socialism have pretty much had their way over the past few decades. And with very few exceptions, we don’t have a lot of allies in Washington, D.C. and in most state capitals. For that matter, we don’t have a lot of allies on Wall Street or in most classrooms.

But that doesn’t mean that it’s over, not by a long shot. Now, the man that wrote this article that I’m reading to you is a man by the name of Chuck Ball, I’ve been to me with him for years. Freedom did not have a majority in 1775 and 1776. I doubt that one could find any time in history when the proponents of liberty were ever in a majority. Sam Adams may have said it best when he said, it does not take a majority to prevail, but rather an irate tireless minority keen on setting brush fires of freedom in the minds of men.

Did you know that that’s how they pretty much the liberals, the hippies of the past, have just about taken over our country? They just kept hollering and yelling and screaming and then get the ACLU. Can one imagine how history would have been changed at the Church of Lexington, Massachusetts and all the churches of colonial America? For that matter been occupied with the kind of ministers we have today. I can tell you this, this, there would have been no Lexington Green, Concord Bridge, Nor Bunker Hill, no Valley Ford, no Declaration of Independence, no U.S.

Constitution, and no United States of America. And that is an absolute fact. The erroneous interpretation of Romans 13, so prevalent among pastors and churches today, would have instructed the colonists that it would be a sin against God to rebel against King George. Pastors would have taught their congregation to be good little slaves to the crown. Without a doubt had colonial America had the kind of ministers we have today, we would still be a subjected colony of great Britain to this very hour.
