Now notice, and I want you to see it as IZF-53. Look there. This was written 700 years in advance. advance who hath believed our report. The whom is the arm of the Lord revealed. This is a prophecy about the nation of Israel as a whole would reject the Messiah. Remember this is a prophecy in advance saying that when the Messiah comes Israel as a nation would reject the Messiah. Well, la-dada, Christ was born. Did Israel accept their Messiah or reject the Messiah?

They reject Him. What the Bible already said, that’s what they were going to do. You see the Lord knows in advance. That’s why He says in verse 1, Lord, who hath believed our report? And to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed? The arm of the Lord is the power of God. That’s Christ when He came into the world. Who’s going to believe us report written 700 years in advance before it ever happens. And it says, let me describe it for you.

And it goes through and he describes and tells us what’s going to take place. And you’ll look there at the scripture John chapter 12 and verse 37, 38, I have it in bold so you’ll know where I’m at. But though he had done so many miracles before them, yet they believed not on him that the saying of Isaiah the prophet might be fulfilled which he spake Lord who hath I believed our report into whom had the humble Lord been revealed.

He said, well, Jesus could have made himself to all that time to fulfill these scriptures. It didn’t say that Jesus did that. It says, the people did this. The people rejected him. He didn’t make them reject him. They rejected him. They fulfilled the scriptures. Did you put the whole nation together? Let’s make up this story and this make this all happen like, no, no. No. Look at number three, verse three here. I want you to see verse three. He is despised and rejected of men, a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief.

And we hid as it were our faces from him. He was despised and we esteemed him not. Jesus was despised then and Jesus is despised now. Let me tell you this, I’ve had people tell me this. I despise that damnable teaching of eternal security. You are despising Jesus Christ. You’re despising God. Because if it’s not eternal security, there is no security. And if there is no security, there is no good news. The good news of the gospel is that when a man trust Christ to save you, God saves him forever.

Christ paid for all of my sins. Not most of them, not some of them, all of them. He left nothing undone. And he sat down on the right and he said, it’s finished. Now either it’s enough or it’s not enough. He didn’t come to show me, if I live like Jesus, I’ll go to heaven someday. I can’t live like Jesus. I tried walking on water. It didn’t work. I’ve been under water sometimes too many times And I didn’t naturally float to the top either.

I’ve had some wonderful experiences. Well, they weren’t wonderful. Catastrophic events in my life. But no, I haven’t been able to produce fish sandwiches for everybody. But if everybody comes to the gym, we’re going to furnish food for everybody. But I didn’t do it myself. But there’s a lot of things you cannot make happen. You can’t do. You can’t save yourself. yourself. The Bible says when the disciples ask Jesus, this is hard to understand. If what you’re saying Jesus is true, then it’s impossible.

How can man be saved? And Jesus says with man, it’s impossible with God. All things are possible. That means it’s impossible for a person to save them some, you will never live good enough to deserve to be saved. Never because it’s impossible. That’s why we all needed a Savior. And since we’ve all sinned, we all need the same Savior, and we all get saved the same way. You either trust Him or you spend eternity separated from God and hell.

And that is by faith alone in what He did on the cross for you. So when you believe He paid for your sins and you believe that, then you’re not trying to earn your way to heaven because you know you’re already going. Why? Because I don’t have any sins to pay. I’ve got to pay them for all my sins. All my sins are paid.” That’s the best news in the world. There is no other way. Look at this. God came to earth in person and the world didn’t recognize him.

What an oversight. Talking about getting it wrong, it’s almost like listening to people talk about, What happened to Benghazi? What different does it make? When it comes to salvation, what different does it make? All rose leads to heaven. Oh, really? You talk about getting it wrong. You’re really going to get it wrong. And you think, well, it can’t be just by grace. You can’t tell me, oh, you’ve got to do it just believe. Well, maybe I can’t tell you that.

Because if I can’t tell you that, God can’t tell you that. But that’s what God says. I’m not a judge. I just tell you what the judge said. And the judge says he that believeth on me hath everlasting life and he that believeth not shall not see life but the wrath of God abides upon him. Look down at number four, verse four there. Surely he hath borne our griefs and carried our sorrows. Yet we did esteem him stricken smitten of God and afflicted.

Jesus understands all the sorrow and trouble the Jewish nation has gone through. And he loves them with an everlasting love and he wants them to find rest in him. O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that kill of the prophets,Lt. Thee and which are sin of them, how often would I have gathered thy children together? Even as a hen gathered her chickens under her wings and ye would not. You wouldn’t come to him. You see, God. God loved the nation of Israel.

And he says salvation is of the Jews and the Jews would suppose to believe on this salvation which was Christ and be a light to the Gentile world and Israel blew it. They blew it. They messed it all up and so much could have been done. You see when you start reading and understanding some of this you think of how often when he cried over as he wept over the city of Jerusalem how often would I have guided you together but you would not.

See, God does not work against your will. He will not make you believe on him. He will not make you trust him. He did not make the nation of Israel except him. He didn’t make him. And when they led him to the slaughter as a sheep before her shears is done, so he opened not his mouth. He did not defend himself. He allowed people to do to him anything they wanted to do to him. They wanted to slap him.

They slapped him. Trying to thorns on her head, sticks over his head, Beat him in the face, pull out his beard, you name it, they could do anything they want. They spit on him, they mocked him. All the fun they made of him. Then they said, well, if you who you claim to be, why don’t you come down here and save yourself and save us. And if he came down, he could have saved nobody. He had to die and look at all the shame that he went through.

But it says for the joy that was set before him, he endured the cross because he knew that once the payment was made, What was going to be the results of it? That’s why I loved that one song when he was on the cross. I was on his mind. You ever heard that song? You may have heard that song when he was on the cross. I was on his. He was thinking about me. He wasn’t thinking about John. He was thinking about me.

He looked down to the telescope of times and said, oh look, there’s that Yankee 2000 years from now. I love that boy. But God so loved the world. Loved everybody. And he made a payment for our sins. Now look at this number five verse five, but he was wounded for, and remember this is 700 years in advance. This is what the Bible says before Christ ever came, but he was wounded for our transgressions. He was bruised for our iniquities.

The tasse in the room of our peace was upon him and with his stripes. We are him. Notice that four times in this one verse the substitutionary death of Christ is referred to in advance. And though he came and they killed him, and yet the Bible says to esteem him not, he was smitten by God. No beauty that we should desire him. Now if you were God and you were going to come into the world, wouldn’t you make yourself the most handsomeest man in the world?

The Bible said he had no beauty that they would desire him. No the word he must not have been too much to look at. Now I believe he was a carpenter. He had to have a few muscles, you know, kind of like myself. Okay, maybe not. But I believe he was a man’s man. I don’t believe Jesus was the one that was 65. I don’t like long hair. You hear about this hippie? He had a long hair. And he walked out of his apartment and walked down the street and there were some people on the corner.

He walked up to him and he says, hi. What y’all doing? They said, we’re killing all the sissies. Is that right? Now that’s the word repent. It’s called changing your mind. Look at the next statement down there. The New Testament says, who his own self bear our sins and his own body on the tree. And he says that we are being dead to sin should live under righteousness by whose stripes ye were healed. Christ died for our sins. Prophecyed.

Now look at the bow that I have at the bottom of the pavement. We are guilty. We are sinners. Christ was not. We deserve to pay for our sins. Christ didn’t deserve that cruel death on the cross, but because he loved us, he paid the the price of our sins. Top of the page, interesting, this is probably the verse that you would use to help more people, Jewish people, that come to the Lord. Because it’s so simple and so cool.

All we like cheap have gone astray. We have turned everyone to his own way. Isn’t that a description of the world? Everybody wants to go their own way. I’d like to tell him what they can and can I do. That’s why man, when we get married, I’ll just do whatever you say honey. Don’t believe it man. This is a con job. Because afterwards she can’t do it. I could get sidetracked here. But I’m not. Look at the statement. And the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of a saw.

This is the main salvation verse you will probably use in leading the Jewish person to the Lord because it’s so good and so clear because you can use this verse with a old thing like a wall of illustrate. Let me show you, you’ve probably never seen this before. This hand represents you and me. All we like sheep have gone astray, gone our own way. See there’s God’s way but we go our own way. We don’t want somebody telling us how to live.

What to do, can’t do, rules and regulations, laws, all that sign of stuff. I want my freedom. Oh boy. There’s another sermon there. This is you and me. This is sin. We all have sin on us. Now God says that He loves us, hates our sin. For us to pay for the sin is eternal separation from God. And the Bible says that we all have sin, so we’re all condemned, in so we all have to die. But heaven is perfect and you have to be perfect as righteous as God to go to heaven because there’s no sin in heaven.

But God says because of sin we can’t get in so we got a problem. God says you cannot do any good works that will change this. The payment for sin is death not going to church. The payment for your sins is not given money. You can’t pay enough money to take away your sins. God doesn’t need any money. He got a holy city up there, paved with good gold. So he doesn’t need your nickels and dimes. Or you’re green.

Now we could use it. Get inside track. You and I cannot save ourselves. We need to save you. So the Bible says Jesus Christ came into the world. And when you understand that verse. we like sheep have gone astray. But the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. So He paid for all of our sins when He died on that cross. And the only thing we had to do is believe that He did it for us.

And He came back again from the dead. And God says if we would trust him, he would save us. Put this payment. Well, if I have a payment for all of my sins, then I’m good to go. It’s just like I never committed a sin in my life. Now you just think of how bad I’ve been. No, don’t. Let’s think about how bad you’ve been. But regardless of how bad we have been, or will be, aren’t you glad to know that when Christ died, He died for you.

Pay for all of your sins so that you could have eternal life and go to heaven. eternal life and go to heaven when you die. But that’s what he did. So Christ took all the sins of the world and paid for them. Now there’s another verse in the New Testament found in 2 Corinthians chapter 5 and verse 21. And it says this, for he, God, hath made him Jesus Christ, who knew no sin, that he made him to be sinned for us, that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

You see, we have sin and He has righteousness. He’s righteous. So what Christ did is takes our sins and when we believe on Him, He gives us His righteousness. We go to heaven on His righteousness, not ours. So when you believe that, He gives you the free gift of everlasting life. Look down at the next statement, where we have Hosea chapter 3 verse 4, prophesied of the time when the Jews were no longer have a sacrifice. He says, for the children of Israel shall abide many days without a king, they have none.

Without a prince they have none. And without a sacrifice they have none. You see when Christ came the temple was destroyed. The temple has been destroyed. Jerusalem was destroyed. They haven’t had a sacrifice in almost 2000 years. Well, the Lord promised that was going to happen, but He tells us when it would take place. And that’s what’s interesting. So you see there in this little statement, verse 8, He was taken from prison and from judgment. This is in Isaiah 53, verse 8, He says, and who shall declare His generation for He was cut cut off.

Cut off means this Messiah that was coming, that was going to take upon Him, the sins of the world was going to be cut out. He was going to be killed, going to be killed. And notice what else for the transgression of my people was he stricken. Many Jewish people do not realize that there were to be two comings of the Messiah. Verses like this will show them that at Christ first coming, he was to be cut off, the first coming of Christ was humble.

The second coming Chabi glorious, when he comes back in power and great glory. There were two comings prophesied in the Old Testament. You see, they were looking for somebody to show up on a white horse and deliver them from the iron hill of Rome and he comes riding in on the donkey. Not very impressive, prophesied in Zechariah. And so Jesus Christ came the first time lowly and humble as a little lamb to be slaughtered. And that’s what happened. That’s what all the Scriptures talk about.

It was fulfilled. And then look at verse 10, yet it pleased the Lord to bruise him. He had put him to grieve when thou shall make his soul and see those words offering for sin. He shall see his seed. He shall prolong his days, means he’s going to be resurrected again. He came back from the dead. Back from the dead. And he says, he would come back from the dead and in verse 11, he shall see of the travail of his soul and shall be satisfied by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justified many.

See the only ones that will be justified are those that believe. So when you believe you’re justified just as if you had never sinned. You see the reason God cannot condemn me to hell now is because I have been justified. You see I have paid my debt in for. So God can’t charge me again with the same problem. It’s been taken care of all my sins Christ paid for God accepted that payment and therefore I get to go free.

You say you don’t deserve that. Now you’re getting it. For by grace are you saved through faith that not of yourself it is the gift of God not of works lest any man should boast. No man deserves to be saved. That’s what grace means. Think of how many people are trying to deserve heaven by how they live. Think of them. Well it helps. No it has nothing to do with it. Let me just make this statement so you understand.

When you’ve heard me make a statement like, you can trust Christ as your Savior and live as you please. So go to heaven when you die. The truth of that statement is true. It is definitely true. And he preaches and says otherwise he doesn’t understand the Bible. He doesn’t get the gospel. He doesn’t get it. But understand that just because I have eternal life and can live as I please, I have a choice. If I can live as I please, I mean I’ve got a choice.

I can choose to please God or myself. I can choose to please the Lord and dedicate my life to Him and serve Him with all my heart. And that’s what I decided to do. So I’m living as I please. But if I decide to go rebellious to your Lord and I choose the wrong thing, make bad choices. I’m still his child. I’m still going to heaven, but the Lord may beat the Torah out of me and take me home before my time.

He could chase in me. He could put me on the shelf and never use me. And you’d be surprised how many of God’s people make bad decisions for their life. But aren’t you glad in spite of making the, bad decisions, the bad decision doesn’t determine your destination. Good decision don’t determine that destination. It’s all made when you made that decision to trust Christ as your Savior. And then after you’re saved, yes, you have a choice. You can choose to serve God and not serve God.

I found out it’s so much better to serve him. I want God’s blessing to my life. You should also, you should want God to use you. And I want you to see this down here at the bottom of your call, this is so important that we’ll close with this. In Daniel chapter nine and verse 26, and after three score in two weeks, this is over five, six, seven years before Christ came And he told him in 434 years the Messiah’s coming, because seven of the weeks was already 49, was used up until they finished the building of the temple when they went back from Babylon.

So now it’s 434 years and the Messiah, look at it, shall be cut off, but not for himself. And that means that the Messiah will come and die. And the people of the prince that shall come, shall destroy the city Jerusalem, and the sanctuary, the temple, and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and then until the end wars and desolations are determined. Now get this. If he says it’s going to be so many years until the Messiah, and then after the Messiah comes, he’s going to die.

He’s going to be killed. And then the city and the temple are going to be destroyed again. Well that’s happened. So for 2,000 years, there has been a temple. So the Messiah must have already come. You can’t cut it any other way. These verses prophesied of what would take place before it ever happened. So that you and I,BUG analyse,.,”2,000 years later can read these scriptures and we can say, you know, if he kept his word on this and he kept his word here, he kept his word here, Maybe he’ll keep his word on everything else, he says.

It builds my confidence, my faith in what God says. The Bible already tells us what’s going to happen in the future. And that’s why I love talking and teaching about prophecy and some of the things that are going to happen in the future. And about Israel and the United Notions and all the things that’s going on. But the most important thing is for you not to realize how good God has been to us. He has blessed us because of Jesus Christ and Jesus Christ because of Israel.

And we have the Word of God that has been the stabilizing force for our country as long as we’ll believe it. And our founding documents were laid out according to this, but more people put their confidence in the Constitution instead of the Bible. this is more important than knowing the Constitution and the Bill of Rights because this is what gives you the freedom and the liberty of the soul. It’s a man free. I love living in a free country and I believe that we ought to keep our country free.

But until then God has given us a work to do and we’re to be found faithful and read it and study in this book. But don’t let people turn you against the Jewish people. They’re the apple of God’s eye. Whether we like it or we don’t like it, don’t worry about how much money they make and what they can do and all that. You just wish you had some. But they have been blessed. And yet they have been persecuted because they made the statement, let his blood be upon us and our children.

And it has been. And so Israel had been hated of all nations. And if you listen to the news, you’ll see that there’s nations around this world that hate that little obit very country over there, those Jewish people. Just a sliver of land. And what they want for them, they want that little sliver. They don’t want any Jewish people left alive. And there’s people who want to annihilate the Jew. But God says, I will bless them, that bless them, and I’ll curse them, that curse them.

As an individual, I do not want God’s chasing hand upon me because I mistreated you. We had a little Jewish lady that come in here and she said it on our Bible study for the night school. And she was in Peter’s class. She came into my class. And she passed away, but that little Jewish lady, she was so humble, she was so poor. But she loved the Word of God. Jay over there, Jay raised her hand. There’s a real live genuine Jew.

Mary Ann wanted extra blessing, so she married her one. But it’s the greatest thing in the world is to know that you have eternal life. Does God save Jews today? Of course he does. He even saves a few Gentiles. And I hope that what I’ve talked on today will help you to love and appreciate what we owe to the nation of Israel, maybe just a little bit more. And if you want God to be on your side, you better be on the side of Israel.

Once again, if I offered you my wallet and you accepted you’d have a wallet, empty wallet, if I offered you my microphone and you accepted you’d have a microphone, well if Christ walked in here right now, offered you eternal life and you accepted you’d have eternal life. And if it’s eternal life, how long would it last? If it lasts forever and all your sins are paid, where would you go when you die? To heaven. So can you know you’re going to heaven before you die?

Yes. That’s the best thing I ever heard in my whole cotton-bickin’ life. Let’s pray, shall we? But heads bow nice clothes and no one looking around. If you have never trusted Christ as your Savior, friend, write where you’re sitting. Just talk to the Lord and say something simple like this. I know I’m a sinner and I believe that when Christ died, He died for me. And Lord, I’ve never trusted Christ as my Savior before, but today I want to be certain I’m going to heaven.

I realize that it’s a free gift. I don’t have to promise anything. I don’t have to quit anything, start anything. I can just receive what you did on that cross for me. And I believe that this morning. And so I will accept Jesus Christ right now, right where I am, as my Savior. And if you’re making that decision, I’d like to have prayer for you. I’m not going to embarrass you, I’m not going to pin you against the wall or anything like that.

I’m not going to ask you to come forward. But right where you’re sitting, if what I said made sense and you say yes, that did, and I will trust Christ as my Savior, would you just slip in it very quickly and put it right back down? Then what at all? Then what I’ll just slip it up very quickly and just slip it right back down. So yes, that made sense to me. I want to know that I’m going to heaven when I die.

If you’ve already trusted the Lord, you never have to do it again. But if you haven’t, do it right now. Anyone at all. Our Father, we thank You so much for all that You’ve done for us.
