Now, the very next book to your right is the book of Amos, but take your book of Amos and turn to chapter 5. chapter 5, just so that you know and see that there are these things that are mentioned in the Scriptures, but you don’t want to just blindly follow somebody that’s got a lot of you know selling books and just selling tapes and things like that, just making money off of people’s ignorance. Amos chapter 5, look what he says in verse 8, seek Him that makeeth the seven stars.

The seven stars is a reference to the Pleiades, that’s mentioned in the book of Job, we’ll look at in just a second. And Oryon, and turneth the shadow of death into the morning and make it the day dark with night that colorful the waters of the sea and poured them out upon the face of the Lord. The Lord is His name. Now, this is what God is going to do. And the Lord is going to make this happen and come together at a certain time.

So there are these feasts that we talked about in the Old Testament. And just very briefly again, remember the feast days mentioned in Leviticus chapter 23. These feast days all or about Jesus Christ. You first have the Passover when it came out of Egypt and there was the Passover and so Christ came and He was our Passover. Then you have the Feast of Unleavened Bread. This is the burial of Christ and then you have the first fruit. He was the first one from the dead.

And the Bible says, these three feasts, it comes together as one. That was a time when every available Jewish man was to go to Jerusalem because of these feasts that come real close together there during that seven day period of time. And then he talks about 50 days after the resurrection of Christ is the feast of what we call Pentecost. So that came, but these all four of those are the spring feast. There’s three left, but every one of those was about a period of time that God had determined was going to take place.

And so when they did those feasts for 1500 years, it was about these specific days about Christ. So when Christ came the very month, the very day of that month, Christ has to fulfill these things. Pentecost came exactly on the right day. Now there’s these three last fees that are the fall feast and that’s where we’re looking for the Feast of Trumpets. And the trumpet we know according to the Bible has to follow the Antichrist which is the seventh month from Nisan which is March or April and then seven months later you’ve got this seventh month.

And And the seventh month, according to the religious calendar, is different from the year calendar because Rosh Hashanah takes place at this period of time. So it becomes the first day. But the seventh month on the first day of the month was to be the Feast of Trumpets. And the Feast of Trumpets, then you had the Feast of Atonement, and this was Christ as the High Priest making the payment for the sins of the world. He’s already paid for them, but this was a feast day.

This was the coming of the Messiah Himself. This is when the people were supposed to get things right between them and Lord, they were to examine themselves. It was a time of mourning and grief and all those things. And then you have when Christ comes and sets up the king upon the earth, which is the Feast of Tabernacle. So all these feasts are kind and they have to come at the right time. Now these are Jewish feasts, but they’re called the feasts of the Lord.

The Gentiles, we do not keep any of these feasts. We can observe what’s going on and we know the signs, but you see the church was born in the Deapente cost. And we will be taken out, I believe, on the Feast of Trumpets. And then, seven years later, Christ comes back to the earth, seven years later, very day, Feast of Trumpets. And then there’s you have them, setting up of the kingdom upon the earth. Now, because I believe that is true, take your Bible and turn to the book of Job.

Well, let’s just look here in the book of Isaiah first. The book of Isaiah in chapter 13. Isaiah chapter 13. Because of the word, the day of the Lord is talking about this period of time that lies right ahead of us. And he says here in verse six, “‘Pow ye for the day of the Lord is at hand. “‘It shall come as a destruction from the Almighty.” So we know who’s doing it, where it’s coming from. 9, behold the day of the Lord, cometh, and he’s going to destroy.

Now look in verse 10, for the stars of heaven and the constellation. These constellations are these 12 signs of the zodiac. He says, thereof shall not give their light. The sun shall be darkened and is going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine. Now, we know according to the book of Job in chapter 25, the moon does not have its own light. It simply reflects the light. but there’s no going to be any light coming from the sun.

So the moon is not going to have any light. There’s not going to be, you’re not going to be able to see. And I believe that as I showed the other day, that this darkness I believe will be over the whole earth. And in the book of Exodus, when he talks about the judgment of the Lord, and when the darkness came, you’re talking about for the three hours, and then later on it was for several days. But now notice this, in verse 11, verse 11, and I will punish the world for their evil.

Now we don’t like all these things that we see going on in the world, and they’re getting away with it. Nobody gets away with anything with God. So we just wait and abide our time when we know that the Lord’s gonna do these things. Turn in your Bible to the book of Jeremiah, Jeremiah chapter 31. Jeremiah 31, and look there in verse 35, because I want you to see that yes, God talks about the signs in the sky, talks about the sun, talks about the moon, talks about the stars.

Remember in the book of Genesis chapter one in verse 14, it says, and I will put these a greater light, which is the sun, lesser light, which is the moon. One rules the day, one rules the night, but he says they are first signs concerning the years, the month, the days, the weeks, and so on. So they are put there, it is like God’s clock, and it keeps perfect time. This is why they’re able to tell you exactly where that moon is gonna be on a particular day, and whatever year, down to the minute, and exactly where it’s going to, the shadow is gonna fall all over.

They can do all of this. I think it’s incredible. They can also go back in time. See, if you had a little model set up of the sun, the moon, and the earth, and can time it where they, every one of them is doing exactly the thing they’re supposed to do according to reality. Did you know you can run that thing forward? And you can run it backward. And you can find out exactly on what day and what year was there an eclipse and where it was?

And that’s what they’re telling us. And they’re doing this. And they can predict all of these things and tell you when the next eclipse is gonna be. And the next one, believe it or not, going to be in 2024. Exactly seven years away. And the thing is it doesn’t happen all the time. This one they’re talking about that’s in the book of Revelation in chapter 12, when you talk about the signs of the zodiac and how it’s supposed to line up, that hasn’t happened in 7,000 years.

And it may not ever happen again. And it’s lining up on this one day and this is why a lot of people are getting all excited about September the 23rd, not the 20th, the 23rd. Well, look at that in just a second. But look what he says here in verse 35, thus saith the Lord which giveeth the sun for a light by day and the ordinance of the moon and of the stars for a light by night which divided the sea when the waves thereof roar, the Lord of host is His name.

Now, why would you put the sea and the waves is over them in connection with what’s going on in the heavens? Because they affect the earth. Do they have anything to do with the tides upon the earth? Yes, they do. And they can determine when certain things can grow or not grow. I mean, I also wondered how to figure out how does all this stuff work. I planted some stuff one time in my expertise underneath a great big old beautiful tree.

And I thought that would be a nice place for them. Did you know nothing under that tree grew? I couldn’t get a thing under that tree to grow. It should be because it’s getting all the moisture, all the roots from that tree going out there and it’s getting all the work And my plants aren’t getting anything But if I put it out there in the middle then the Sun draws and water come all the way up from the ground and comes all the way up and those plants can get and you don’t even see any water but It’s cause it to get up and evaporate It draws it pulls and there is a drawing that they have a force atown anyway, that’s a different than they throw something else.

But look what he says here. In verse 36, if those ordinances depart from before me, saith the Lord, then the seed of Israel also shall cease from being a nation before me forever. Thus saith the Lord, if heaven above can be measured and the foundations of the year searched out beneath. I will also cast off all the seed of Israel for all that they have done. In other words, you can count on the faithfulness of the planets, the stars, the sun, the moon, doing what it’s supposed to do.

It is God’s little clock like you have to take and you’ve got the big hands and the little hands. We’ve got something making little orbits and gum thing making big orbits and something making big, big orbits. But that was all designed by the Lord. And he says in the 19th Psalm, he says, the sun is like But you know, it’s a strong man that comes out and runs his race. And then next morning, here comes the sun, he runs his race because God is faithful.

And he says, you can trust his word in what it has to say. Take your Bible and turn to the book of Job in chapter 9. Job in chapter 9. Look there in verse 9. There’s several verses in here. Well, it’s just starting in verse 7 where he says, which commanded the sun and it rises not and seal it up the stars which alone spreadeth out the heavens and treadeth upon the waves of the sea which makeeth, osteroth, orion, and the Pleiades and the chambers of the south.

Now these three things that are mentioned right here, those are in the heavens. Well that’s not a city upon the earth, that’s not a country. God had already given, they already have names. You remember Remember when Paul was going to this certain city and there was a, well they were impressed and they thought these are gods that have come down and called one of them, Mercuryus and another one I forgot the other name, Jupiter, that they came from, they were gods from these planets but those names of those two planets were already in the scriptures.

people didn’t make up these things. God already had these things in His Word and talks about them. Now the reason for these three that are mentioned right here, the Pleiades is seven stars in a group. Now take your Bible and look at one more. And Job in chapter 38, Job chapter 38. This is on page 595 and loads what he says here in verse 31. Questions that God had asked Job because Job says, I want my day in court.

I want to have a word with the Almighty and God said, oh you do. He says, what do you know? Would you there when I did this? So he says there in verse 31, can’t stop bind the sweet influence of the Pleiades or loose the bands of Orion? Can Stow bring forth Mezzaroth in his seasons or can’t Stow guide Arteroth with his sons? Knowest thou the ordinances of heaven? See these are this Mezzaroth, that’s the twelve signs of the zodiac.

They tell the story, believe it or not, of the gospel and the Virgin and the lion and Christ coming and it’s the whole story. And that’s why he says their line has gone out to all the earth because God used to teach and he taught through the stars before they ever wrote the word. Now go back there to the book of Revelation in chapter 12. All that was my introductory remarks and we’ve got 10 minutes left. But now look there in verse one again.

And there appeared a great wonder in heaven, a woman clothed with the sun and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars. Now we would automatically just think, well that’s talking about Israel and there’s Jerusalem and there’s the twelve stars, that’s the twelve tribes of Israel. So there’s no problem, we got that’s to figure that out. Then we go to verse 2, and she been with child, cried, travail and in birth, and pain to be delivered.

So we know that the woman is, well, is going to have a child, that’s going to be Christ. And there appeared another wonder in heaven and behold, a great red dragon. And we know, well, that’s the devil. Having seven heads and ten horns and seven crowns upon his heads. And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven and did cast them to the earth. And the dragons stood before the woman, which was ready to be delivered for to devour her child as soon as it was born.

So we believe, okay, that child, that’s gonna be born, well, that’s Christ. But now, many believe that there’s also the signs in the heavens and that this woman, Virgo, you got the virgin, and then you got the sign of the lion, Leo, and there’s nine stars. But that nine stars is, because the woman, see this, the nine stars of Leo up there and the woman is down here and it says they got to be 12 stars. Well as far as they Nassau can tell us and because they studied this stuff, they said this is only going to happen on September 23rd when you have three other planets.

Now remember you You ever heard that little song Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star, how I wonder what you are? You used to sing, didn’t you Trent? You used to sing that, okay. Still do, all right. But remember, stars twinkle because see they’re on fire. They give light. Planets, they don’t twinkle. They reflect light, but they don’t have light. They’re not a fireball. And so there’s planets that are like wandering stars, but they’re plants and they will all line up. And this will be the first time right above the woman.

There is Leo the lion and the nine stars, but they needed three more. And Mercury, Mars and Venus all line up perfectly right above the woman’s head. And it’s in a direct line. And there’s a moon, well, at that time we’ll be right at the woman’s feet. and then clothes with the sun, and there’s gonna be a bright sun is gonna be right there by the woman’s shoulder and she’ll be clothed. And so they say, that’s got to be a sign.

And it may be, it may be. Look what it says in verse one again. And there appear to be great woman in heaven. So we’re talking about this is a sign is in heaven not upon the earth. In other words, I wanna be open minded. I just don’t wanna be blinded. That makes sense. You gotta write that down, that was good.

Yes, why you gotta have the special glasses, so you can see. A woman clothed with the sun and the moon under her feet. And so this will be the time when the moon will be in the right spot, the sun will be in the right spot, and the nine stars of Leo with the three planets lined up will make it perfect. And so they say, there’s this sign. And because the sun was caught up, that’s the rapture. So we know that’s why they’re saying the rapture is gonna take place.

No, I don’t believe the rapture takes place in the middle of the tribulation period. Anyway, you cut it. But now, can it be a sign? Well, there’s a lot of people making a lot of statements. I can’t prove that all wrong or that there is no sign. Me, I’m looking for the Lord to come back any time, anyway. If He came back tonight, Now you got to come back on the 23rd. I’m going to let the Lord just come whenever He wants to come.

And if there are signs, that’s fine. But I’m not going to be on the earth when all these here things are talking about. Because this is happening during the tribulation period. And when you see these things begin to come back, then lift up your eyes for your redemption draw. Well, that was mainly written to the nation of Israel. It was written for the people doing the tribulation period because when you see the abomination of desolation spoken by Daniel the prophet sent in the holy place, well the holy place is in the temple and the temple hasn’t been built yet.

So if the rapture is going to take place on this date, okay, they’ve already in chapter 11 in the first two verses talking about the temple. Have you seen the temple lately? It’s not here. Did any show that? The peace treaty put me sign three and a half years before this time it comes. They’ve done that yet. So the signs that they’re supposed to see during the tribulation period hasn’t got here yet. So I don’t want to take these verses out of context and make it fit at a different point of time.

Now when this happens, I believe it’ll happen. And so I do believe that yes, there’s a battle that goes on in heaven. And then when he makes a statement down here in verse six. And the woman fled into the wilderness. Now you’ll notice between verse 5 and verse 6 is about a 2,000-year gap. Christ was born and there was the devil in verse 4 ready to devour her child as soon as it was born. You remember whenever Jesus was born?

Joseph was told in a dream to take the child and flee down into Egypt and and later on it fulfilled a scripture by Son has come out of Egypt. And then he dies on the cross and verse 5 she did bring forth this man child that was the rule of all nations with a rod of iron but they rejected him. He was crucified. So now in chapter 19 of the book of Revelation he’s coming back in power and great glory and he will rule with a rod of iron.

And so when he was caught up to throne in verse 6, the whole church age of 2,000 years has been totally whacked away. It’s like it’s not even there. And it starts right into verse 6, and the woman, which is Israel, I believe, fled into the wilderness where she hath a place prepared of God that they should feed her there 1,203 score days at 30 days to the month. You’ve got yourself three and a half years, and this is how many days that you will have.

This is the last half of the three and a half of the three and a half year tribulation period. So during this period of time the Antichrist comes, sets up his kingdom and rules from Jerusalem after he takes over. And the Bible says that there’s a great war in heaven. The devil is angels cast out and then this is when the devil goes after the nation of of Israel to destroy, to annihilate, totally exterminate the Jewish people. That’s why there’s a war in heaven in verse 7, that in verse 10, but look in verse 13.

When the dragon, the devil, saw that he was cast into the earth, he persecuted the woman, which I believe is Israel, which brought forth the man child, which I believe is Christ. And the woman was given two wings of a great eagle that she might fly into her wilderness, into her place, which many believe, and I do believe that it’s in a place called Petra in Jordan. She’s nourished for a time, one year, times, two years, and a half of time is a half a year, three and a half years.

And so we believe that this has taken place in the middle of the tribulation period. But the devil is going to do everything he possibly can to destroy the nation of Israel. And this is why the world is choosing sides, and right now I don’t like the way it’s choosing. And the Lord talks about Russia coming down against Israel, and it names the allies in chapter 38 and 39 to the book of Ezekiel, and it’s, it looks just like God said.

Now, he tells us what’s going to happen at 12 o’clock midnight, and we’re looking at the clock and it’s 11.59. Well, if it’s 11.59, And this happens at 12, then we ought to be able to see some things upon the earth getting ready to take place. And I believe we are living at the most exciting time of all of human history. I wouldn’t want it no other way. I just want the Lord to keep me healthy enough so I can enjoy it.

I don’t want to go up there when I’m real sick and half dead. I want to go while I’m feeling good and I can see and observe and I want to know it and be able to remember I told you so. But anyway, that’s a little yank-yology probably thrown in here a little bit there. there. But it’s wonderful to know that we’ve got people that are trusting the Lord all over the world. I mean, it’s really incredible. And I mean, we get somebody just about every day that trusts Christ’s Savior somewhere.

And because of the YouTube video, and some people are listening to the stuff, and I don’t even know where they’re getting it from. We’re not on the radio in some places, but people are hearing us there, and we didn’t put it there. And we had somebody this week from Nebraska, wasn’t it? From Nebraska. Now we’re not in Nebraska. We’re in Colorado, but it goes, I guess, into Nebraska. And we’ve had people contact us from up in Oklahoma, Kansas. And so we just thank the Lord for the opportunity to be able to reach people.

And if you’re watching tonight… We don’t want to screw you to death. We want you to have eternal life and go to heaven. But let it in this hand represent you and me. You probably haven’t seen this for a while. I’ll just show you again in case you forgot. Let it in this hand represent you and me and the wallet represents sin. We all have sin on us. Now God says that he loves us. I hate our sin, but he loves us.

And for us to pay for sin is eternal separation from the Lord. The wages in his death. So that means we’re all condemned. We’re all going to die and be eternally separated from the Lord. God loves us and wants us to go to heaven. To go to heaven, we’ve got to be perfect, no sin. And there’s the impossibility. No man can qualify. No man can live good enough to go to heaven. That’s why he says it’s not by your works.

So how are we going to get to heaven? Well, the Bible says this, God loves us. He hates our sin because our sin separates us from him. Now, this hand represents Jesus Christ. He’s the Lord God in the flesh. He came into this world because he loves us. Now he hates our sin because our sin separates us from him. So Jesus Christ took all the sin, paid for it on the cross, came back from the dead and said the only thing he wanted us to do was believe he did it for us.

He that believe it to me hath everlasting life. For God so loved the world that you and made that he gave his only begotten son that, whosoever believeth in him that he did this for you would not perish. It means you will not go to hell, but have everlasting life. You go to heaven on what Jesus Christ did for you. And so he says, these things have I written unto you that believe that you may know that you have eternal life.

So can you know you have eternal life? Of course, you can know that you’re going to heaven whenever you die. And whatever these signs are, if you want to practice and get your wings ready and stand upon your tippy toes and get rid of the rapture, I don’t care, go ahead and do it. But I believe the Lord is coming soon. I’m just excited about it all the time. Let’s pray, sorry. Every hit bound, every eye closed, no one looking around.

And if it will happen, where will you spend eternity? You’re either going to go up or you’re going to go down. If you’ve never trusted Christ as your Savior, will you trust Him right now? I’m not going to have you forward, not going to embarrass you, but right where you’re sitting. If you say, preach, that made sense to me and I want to know a heavy term life, know that I’m going to heaven and I’ll like you to pray for me in closing.
