We are studying in the book a revelation. You might be able to find some other little jewels, and if you study it, if you find that, hey, the preacher’s not right on this, then feel free to come and talk to me. Let me know, because you may see something that I have not seen. I do not know at all. I don’t understand everything in the Bible. I can’t quote the whole book. I know a little bit here and a little bit there.

So I try to teach you what I do understand. But this is the seven angels, the seven trumpets, and the seven bowls of judgment. And I believe the key to understanding some of these things and how they’re happening is finding the seven angels because it’s, the angels have a particular responsibility. And as you look at it and you see it, then you can follow another portion of scripture that says, well, the same angel is doing pretty much the same thing.

So I believe that in every one of these situations, there is a heavenly view and an earthly view. Remember, John was caught up into heaven and there he saw a panoramic view of the what’s going to happen upon the earth. So we see what John saw there and then we see from the human perspective what’s going on on the earth. And I do believe that there is a difference. So as we look at it, I hope that you will be able to see this.

Revelation chapter 8 and verse 2 says, and I saw the seven angels which stood before God and to them were given seven trumpets. But as you get your notes, you’ll look at the top of it. The seven angels, the seven trumpets, and the seven bowls of judgment. In Revelation 8 verse 2, and I saw the seven angels which stood before God, and to them were given seven trumpets. Then in verse 6 it says, and the seven angels, which had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound.

So now I believe this is going to be the pouring out of the judgment of God upon the earth, the wrath of God. And so you’ll notice when you ever read the 16th chapter of the book of Revelation, it’s talking about pouring out the wrath upon the earth. But you have the seven seals and the sixth seal talks about how that they hid themselves because they were afraid of the wrath of the Lamb. And I believe that this starts about the middle of the tribulation period.

I could be wrong on this. Some of these things I have not figured out but believe in that the last part of the tribulation period is the wrath of God upon the earth. And the devil has got his man in position and he has come on the scene and he’s promised peace and safety and abundance and the utopia. Just give me all your power and they’ll do it and trust and be totally deceived. And then he goes into the temple, breaks the peace treaty that’s been made with Israel, himself to be God and begins the great persecution against the nation of Israel.

This is when there really will be an all-out attempt to annihilate every Jew in the world. If you’ll notice, the angels sounds that starts the judgment. So the first angel, rat, is the earth. And then you see there in the bold, the heavenly divine view. In other words, this is the view that John had in the taking place and responsive of each angel. gives another view in another portion of Scripture several chapters away. But we’ll look at that. So in Revelation chapter 8 verse 7 here in your notes, the first angel sounded and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood and they were cast upon the earth.

So they’re in heaven and something been cast upon the earth and the third part of trees was burnt up and all green grass was burned up. So there is a description of a time coming in the world in which it is possible that everything green is going to be burned up. Now we know that we can have a nuclear war, how much all of this is going to go on. God says Xue is going to be a terrible time and this is in the near future.

I believe that if the Lord came back today, we’re talking about within three years the beginning of the great wrath of God upon the earth. So remember it’sCompat the first angel in verse 7 and then look there in Revelation 16 and verse 1. The earthly human view, what people upon the earth are going to see, what they’re going to go through, what they’re going to experience. So it’s like he goes do and chose all the seven angels and their trumpets and what’s going to happen in heaven.

And then chapters later it’s like a repeat, but now it’s what’s going to be done when they fulfill it upon the year. It’s like I said, this is what we’re going to do and now we’re going to do it. So in verse 1 of chapter 16 he says, and I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, go your ways and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.” Now he had already told us in previous chapter 8 about the angels and what they’re going to do.

Now he’s sending them forth. Now they’re going to go do it. And then he says here in chapter 16 in verse 2 of Revelation, and the first went, poured out his vowel upon the earth and there fell a noisim and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast and if on the end worshiped his image. Now if it poured it out upon those who had the mark of the beast, I don’t believe they get the mark of the beast until about the middle of the tribulation period because that’s when the Antichrist takes over.

Unless it’s the mark of a government before they give him total power. So whether or not it can start at the beginning, I don’t know, but I believe there’s a good possibility it’s about the middle of the tribulation period when this is going to be done because there’s people who already have the mark of the beast and upon them which worship his image. So there is going to be these things hitting upon the earth and this is what’s going to take place.

The second angel wrapped upon the sea. There is first of all the heavenly or the divine view and we’re back to Revelation chapter 8 again. So we’re going usually from chapter 8 to chapter 16, chapter 8, chapter 16. And verse 80 says, and the second angel sounded and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea. The third part of the sea became blood and the third part of the creatures which were in the sea and had life died.

And third part of the ships were destroyed. So you know that this is not the normal type of a warfare where people are riding horses and they’re stabbing each other and fighting each other with swords. Neither is it just, you know, somebody with some guns and pulling the trigger and just shooting an individual. This has a lot more. This looks like atomic warfare. Whether it’s a mushroom cloud to see or the a ball of fire coming down out of, you know, the sky and causing all this calamity, we have some nations right now that would love to destroy America, but they want world domination.

I would not be surprised and you shouldn’t be. Communism is not dead. Russia is communistic. China is communistic. And North Korea is communistic. And they all have some nuclear power. Now, China is becoming very, very strong in our day. Russia would love to take Israel. I believe that any one of them could start a war with America and get us so sunk in that the other one could knock us off the map. We do not have, I don’t believe, an administration today that is so set on the defense of our country as it ought to be.

I believe you don’t be priority number one. That is the main goal of our federal government is defense. It is not government welfare programs, all that stuff. That is not the goal, the purpose of a Republican form of government. That’s not in there. Now, on the second angel talking about what’s going to happen to the sea and going to turn it to blood it to blood and things are going to die and shifts are all going to be destroyed.

Well, we know how that can be done today and we know that the shifts when this is talking about is not talking about little wooden shifts out there, you know, like the Nina and Santa Maria. That’s what I said. So we’re not talking about little wood shifts like, you know, the Mayflower and something like we’re talking about big battleships, aircraft carriers, the destroyers that we have today are going to be destroyed. So there’s going to be a war in which this world is going to be knocked off its rocker literally and we covered that last week.

Look at the earthly or human view and In Revelation 16, one, and each one of these, I threw this verse in there because it’s when God told the angels to go their way and to fulfill their responsibility to bring this wrath upon the earth. This is the wrath of God. So the angels sound the trumpet that starts the distribution of all these bowls of judgment upon the earth. So in Revelation 16, 3, and the second angel poured out his vallebon thee, see.

And it became as the blood of a dead man, and every living soul died in the seas. So everything that God says is going to happen, I believe, will take place. It’ll happen. Now some thought that because they had the oil spill, and it could keep on going until, you know, I get into the current and it’s all the coast. all the way around the world and makes things dead. See that fulfills that. Well, I don’t see how that turns it into blood.

Mucky, maybe. But I believe it’s going to happen because of a nuclear type war. The third angel. This is the wrath upon, and I still got the word see there, but it’s supposed to be the rivers and the fountains of water, where has the third angel wrath upon the waters, not in the ocean, but in the waters, the rivers. This is the water that you and I would need probably to drink in order to survive. In Revelation chapter 8 and verse 10, he says, and the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of of the rivers and upon the fountains of waters.

And the name of the stars call wormwood and the third part of the waters became wormwood. And it’s talking about it poisons the water. Now whether it’s because of chemical or biological, I don’t know, I really don’t care. I will not be here only stating that God says that something is going to take place and all the waters is going to be poisoned and when it talks about becoming bitter it means you can’t drink it. When people can’t drink water what generally happens?

People are going to die. And over one fourth of the world’s population is going to be destroyed. It’s going to be bad. Now remember there was a time about I guess 150 years ago or something like this. A place called Haiti did not want the British crown ruling over them. They didn’t want any French. They didn’t want anybody. They wanted their own God and they chose witchcraft. They chose witchcraft as their God. And if you go there today, majority of the people worship witchcraft.

And it’s very difficult to understand for some people while you can pour millions and millions of dollars into the place and… It does nothing, absolutely nothing for them. They have one catastrophe after another. And they cannot get it. I believe they got the wrong God. But also it shows you that if it can happen in one place like this, and you can see the poverty and the decimation by storms and starvation and pestilence and malaria, all the diseases. just think when it happens all over the world.

It’s going to happen all over the world. The Lord says it shall be a snare that takes the whole earth. It’s coming. In verse 10, and the third angel sounded and there fell a grey star from heaven burning as it were a lamp and it fell upon the third part of the rivers and upon the fountains of water. Now turn your page to the earthly view. And you’ll notice in Revelation 16 1, this is still a, as he says, and I heard a gray voice out of the temple, this is in heaven, saying to the angels, go your way and pour out the vows of the wrath of God upon the earth.

So what they’re saying and seeing and doing in heaven is one thing, there’s a vision there. And then fulfillment upon the earth. And so John was able to see into the future what was literally going to take place in the near future from where we are right now. This is almost 2,000 years later. Now many people do not understand that we’re living at a very, I guess you could say, a dangerous point in our own history. We have a Congress that is permitting millions and billions of dollars, trying to sustain our country by printing more fiat money.

Fiat money is money that just printed on paper and there has no real value to it. The only value it has is the confidence that you and I put into it. And when that confidence is gone it has no value. None whatsoever. It’s not backed by silver certificates or gold. It’s not backed by anything. Not even backed by our federal government. They don’t have to make it worth anything. And whenever they print millions and billions of more of those little green backs, it means the ones that you and I have in our pocket or the money we have in the bank or in savings or anywhere else means it’s worth less and less and less.

So they have inflated it. And after a while, it pots the bubble and everything comes crashing down. We’re bankrupt. America’s bankrupt. The only thing that’s keeping us going right now is they just keep printing more money, not backed by anything, and we are becoming a loose cannon. Even other countries don’t trust us Now, and buddy, we can totally collapse very quickly. Just my humble opinion.

Look there in Revelation 16 and verse four and get this and the third angel. So you line up these the angels is, I believe, one of the keys to understanding much of the scripture in the book of Revelation, the third angel poured out his valop on the rivers and fountains of water. And they became blood, and I heard the angel of the water say, Thou art righteous, O Lord which art and was and shall be, because thou hath judged thus, for they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hath given them blood to drink, for they are worthy.

And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgment. In other words, when God judges a nation, Or if God judges a man. If God judges the earth, God must be justified when he does so. In other words, he has to be righteous. Even with every judgment that God does, no man is going to be able to find fault with God. Like God, you didn’t have a right to do that.

That was not right. God will be cleared by any man’s decision, any man’s judgment. But on top of that, God really doesn’t care about your opinion or mine. But if a man does, God has all the evidence on his side, how much time has God given to the earth? How many have probably heard preachers pouring out their soul for the last 2,000 years and all the warning that has been given? like, hasn’t anybody listened as an anybody paid attention to what’s going on in the world?

But now look, the next thing, the fourth angel, wrath upon the sun. Remember, God’s pouring out his wrath upon the earth, and then he means what he’s going to be doing on the earth, and about the oceans, and about the rivers and the waters, the mountains, the green grass, the trees, the sun, he’s just about covering it all. He’s going to pour out his judgment upon this earth. Now, these are things in the mind of a natural person. These are just natural consequences.

You know what, this is just a catastrophic event and it was going to happen anyway and no, God’s in charge and He’s not going to let us do whatever we want to do forever and ever and ever. Payday, someday. Payday’s coming. look there in Revelation chapter 8 verse 12 and the fourth angel sounded and the third part of the sun was smitten. Third part of the moon and third part of the stars. So as the third part of them was darkened the day shone not for a third part of it and the night likewise.

And I beheld and heard an angel flan to the mist of heaven. See this is the heaven leave you up in heaven saying with a loud voice, Whoa, Whoa, Whoa to the inhabitants of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels which are yet to sound. So we know there’s three more that’s going to sound and each one of these last three, number five six seven, there are going to be three woes.

And the reason is because it’s really going to get bad because they’re going to hone in on the effect it’s going to actually have upon the people. So look there in Revelation 16, verse eight, and the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun. Power was given unto him to scorch men with fire. Men were scorched with great heat, blasphemed the name of God which had power over these plagues, and they repented not to give him glory. Is he?

God wants his people to give him glory, to give If he’s on her to know who he is, there’s several verses that talks about in no testament. Every man shall know the Lord. From one end of the earth to the other, all shall know me. And nobody’s going to say, do you know the Lord? Because everybody’s going to know it. That day is coming. But he says, whoa, whoa, whoa to the inhabitants of the earth. See those last three things up here?

Whoa, whoa, whoa, the ones that I underlined to the inhibitors of the earth by reason because of the last three that’s coming Now in Revelation 16 and verse 8 when it says the fourth angle poured out his valive on the Sun power given to it Discourse men with a millward it’s going to be so hot Now whether not it’s because as we studied last week the Bible says the earth is going to be shaken upon its axis and it’s going to wobble back and forth like a drunk man.

And whether or not it’s going to get closer to the sun, or because it’s going to destroy what we call our ozone layer, and that people are going to be on fire. It’s going to be hot. I have no idea what Al Gore going to do about all this, but it’s going to be the people upon the earth are going to suffer. And these is going to be a bad time in which to live. Look there at the fifth angel, the fifth angel, the rat upon the seat of the beast.

The first whoa. Now you won’t see that in the Bible as you read it, but it’s because I have put that there. Only is knows. I am not trying to change scripture. or add scripture. These are just notes of mine. Okay. The heavenly divine view. Look at this. Revelation chapter 9 and verse 1 says, and the fifth angel sounded. And I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth, and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit.

He opened the bottomless pit, and there arose a smoke out of the pit, and then the smoke of a great furnace in the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit. And there came out of the smoke locust upon the earth, and upon them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power. It was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree, but only those men which have not the seal of God and their foreheads, and to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months, and their torment was at the torment of a scorpion when he strikes a man.

And those days shall men seek death, shall not find it, shall desire to die, death shall flee from them. And the shapes of the locusts were like unto horses, prepared unto battle and on their heads, whereas it were crowns like gold, and their faces were the faces of men. And they had hair on the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions. You see, what is that? I ain’t got a clue. I can guess like most people do.

Well, these were, these are the fighter jets and the guys are painted pictures on them and they roar and they fly and all and I ain’t got a clue. And there’s a good possibility, a little yank-yology. I believe that there’s probably was a lot of this chemical stuff over in the like and Iraq. You realize what all that stuff could do as it seeks through the underground? The Bible describes it coming out of the river Euphrates, coming from Iraq.

And who knows what’s going on under the ground with any kind of weird stuff being produced? And people and animals or whatever and locas being deformed and whatever. I’ve seen it where they’ve had it on TV some frogs were growing limbs and kind of weird places in their lives We’re all twisted and all kind of stuff chemical stuff that had gotten on the some of the frogs I don’t know if you all ever saw that they’ve had it on TV before Who knows what’s been done?

Anyway, it’s gonna come from a place over there in the Middle East Chances are where the river Euphrates is and there’s gonna be a lot of stuff that’s gonna take place the Bible describes that in the book of Revelation in chapter 9. And it talks about how this is going to be persecution upon the people, but it also is upon what we call a polyon. If you look there at the next page, they had tales like under scorpions and they had worse things in their tales and their power was to hurt men five months.

They had a king over them which is the angel of the bottom the spit whose name in the Hebrew tongue is a baton, but in the Greek tongue has this name Apollyon. One woe is passed and behold, there comes two more woe’s here after. So this is going to take place. Well, how bad is all this going to be? It gets some time, let me say all that, but we’ll look at more of that stuff as we go through each chapter.

But I just wanted to kind of give you a picture of chapter eight and nine when it talks about, all the angels and the heavenly view and compare it with the angels in chapter 16 of the earthly view and show you how they are related and that they do overlap.
