We pray that you will enjoy our commitment to the clear gospel of Jesus Christ and that today’s concluding message of this teaching will be a blessing to you and your family. In John chapter 6, I want you to look back there at this verse in verse 46, not that any man have seen the Father, save he which is of God, he have seen the Father. And then I want you to go down there and look at another verse with me, look in verse 42, and they said, is not this Jesus, the Son of Joseph, whose Father and Mother we know?

How is it then that He saith, I came down from heaven. They knew what He was saying. They just couldn’t buy it. They could not believe what they heard. They couldn’t believe what they heard, and they could not believe what they saw. So you look there. How can he say, I came down from heaven because he did come down from heaven? We know his mother and father. How can it be? They didn’t really know his father. See, Joseph was not his father.

Mary was the mother, but Joseph was not the father. He did not father him. Jesus was God in the flesh. And the Bible says that holy thing shall be called the son of the living God. You see, the Holy Spirit would overshadow Mary and place the seed within her and Jesus would have a body prepared for the, to be the Lamb of God, the sacrifice for the sins of the world. Look in Colossians in chapter one, the book of Colossians in chapter one.

Colossians chapter one, I want you to look in verse 15. Colossians chapter one, look in verse 15. Says it verse 15, who refer into Christ? But let me just kind of give you a couple of verses before that that helps you see it a little bit better. You see there in verse 13, who hath delivered us from the power of darkness and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear son. That’s when you trusted Christ as your Savior.

See, when you were born into the world, you were born into the kingdom of darkness. You trusted Christ as your Savior. You were translated into the kingdom of light, the kingdom of his dear son. And then he says in verse 14, in whom, in Christ is his son, in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins. See, when we talk about He hath redeemed me, we’ve been redeemed. What does it mean to be redeemed? Means you’ve been forgiven of all of your sins.

You see, the reason I can go to heaven is because I have been forgiven of all of my sins. I don’t have any sins to pay for. He paid for them. And as he says there, in whom we have redemption through his blood, his blood, his death was the payment for our sins. He redeemed us. That was the price that he had to pay for our salvation. So in verse 15, who, still talking about the sun, who is the image of the Enuora on the line this word, the invisible God.

is an invisible God. And Jesus is making the invisible God visible. So that you and I can see God because we want to know, what does God look like? What does He look like? I’m still having problems trying to figure out why God did it all. But He says it was because He loved us. He created us and every one of us is made in His image. So you see, God loves you. He wants you to have eternal life and to be with Him.

forever. But he wants you to just take him at his word. After all, he says he made the world. Can you prove he didn’t? Can you prove he did not make the world? Go for it. There was some scientists that says we can do anything that God says he did in the Bible. We can Create a man too. So they had a contest between them and God. They says, you create a man out of the dirt of the ground?

We can do it too. God says, go ahead. So they reached down, got him some dirt. And he said, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Get your own dirt. Get your own dirt. They can’t even create dirt. I have fun thinking the way I do. Makes life so much more enjoyable. But you can’t you enjoy life and have a little bit more humor when you know truth, when you know the truth. But he says, who is the image of the invisible God?

Man, I like that. I like that. Looking first Timothy chapter 1, first Timothy and chapter 1, the Bible tells us that the The apostle Paul was greatly used by the Lord, and that God was making him an example. Look how bad he was. And if God can save the bad man, know the chief of sinners, well, then he can save anybody. So you say, well, I’m just too bad. God can’t save me. No, no, no, no. God can save the worst.

He can save anybody. There is someone he cannot save, and that’s the person who will not trust him. God cannot and will not save anybody who’s trying to save themselves. Anybody who’s trying to earn their way to heaven by their works, God can’t save them. Because God can’t save a man who’s trying to add works to his grace. Well, we’re, but what I want you to see, look at verse 14. the grace of our Lord was exceeding abundant with faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.

It’s all in Christ. This is in verse 15, this is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation. What he means is it’s worthy for everybody to accept that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners of whom I am chief. So if he can say the chief, he can say the Indians. 16, how be it for this cause I obtained mercy? Why did he obtain mercy? But we’ll see up there in verse 13, who was before a blasphemer and a persecutor and injurious, and I obtained mercy, I did it ignorantly and unbelieve.

All those things that he did, he did it in unbelief, in other words, he was not a believer. God can save anybody that will trust him. It doesn’t matter how bad you’ve been. All the bad things you’ve ever done. Redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins. That’s why whenever God forgives you of all of your sins, then they’re all forgiven. It means there’s no sin for you to pay for. If there’s no sin for me to pay for, then I can’t go to hell.

That’s why I can’t go to hell today or tomorrow. Why? I’ve been redeemed. I have a payment. His death, his blood that he shed was for my sins. I had a wonderful opportunity to sit this week and talk with some people that suppose you believe that Jesus is the Yeshua, He is the Messiah. Messiah, Mashiach, they believe that. I believe that. But you see, you can have lost people in a lot of churches, talk about Christ’s eternal life, salvation by grace, but they don’t believe in eternal security.

They just don’t believe in eternal security. Then they do not really believe what Christ said or did until you do. You don’t really believe it. Because what He said was, He that believeth on behalf everlasting life, to be preached unto them the forgiveness of sins. Now, either it’s true or it’s not. And so it was, they’re wonderful people. And I believe that they love what they’re doing and believe that it’s all right. I enjoy sitting last night at the table and talking to, I felt she was talking to me more than I was talking to her, but she was explaining how that she just wants to get the gospel out.

Oh, she just can’t wait right, these books to get the gospel out. I says, can I ask you a question? I says, there’s people who believe, you know, there’s like an option. You could either believe in eternal security or you can believe that you can lose your salvation. I says, if you write your books, which philosophy, which way do you go on this? Well, I don’t like to draw a line in the sand. I believe that you leave it open and you got to grow in the Lord.

And she says, in other words, I’m evading your question. I said, yes, you are. But very nice, great personality. As though the teach what Christ actually said and did, that’s anatomom. We don’t want to do that because that is too controversial. I think that’s the purpose of it. I’m not impressed because you can call Jesus Yeshua, but you still don’t believe on Him. You know the name, but you don’t believe what He said. And that hurts me because I hate it when I steal the blindness.

You still don’t see it. See, just because you can believe that Jesus was God, doesn’t save you. You must trust Him as your only hope of going to heaven, believe in He died and paid for your sins and your sins are forgiven. Otherwise, where are you going when you die? Hope. Well, wait a minute, haven’t you heard what He did? Haven’t you heard what He said? it does make a difference. Look what he says there in verse 17. Now unto the king, eternal, the king, the king.

He’s the king of Israel, the king is eternal. The The king is immortal, not subjected to death, invisible. The only wise what? God. So the king must be God. He is God. He cannot and is not subject to death. When he was here, he died willingly for us. Now take your Bible and look there in chapter 6 and verse 16. Look in verse 15, first of all. Verse 15 says, which in his times, he shall show who is the blessed and only potentate, not the pope, potentate.

That means sovereign superior, the king of kings and lord of lords. see these two verses is referring to the word right before this in verse 14 where it says, unto the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ, which in his time he shall show who is the blessed and only potentate the king of kings and the Lord of lords. I wonder who he’s talking about himself. He is the king. He is eternal. He is immortal. He is invisible. He’s the Lord of Lord, King of kings.

The only potentate. All power. Nobody like him. Verse 16, who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto whom no man half seen nor can see. The home be honor and power ever lasting. Amen? And amen. Now, look there in 1 John chapter 4. 1 John in chapter 4. When we talk to people about, will you accept Jesus Christ? Jesus is Jehovah. Christ is the Messiah. God is the Messiah. God is the anointed one.

So here in the book of 1 John chapter 4, look there in verse 12, no man have seen God at any time. It seemed like it’s on a, you know, just continuing to the script. Maybe it’s all saying the same thing. You know, the Bible doesn’t contradict itself. But no man God at any time. Now look there in verse 20. If a man say, I love God and hate his brother, he’s a liar. Or he that loveth not his brother whom he have seen, how can he love God whom he have not seen?

Are you and I expected to love God whom we have not seen? I think so. Take your Bible and turn to the book of John, the gospel of John. The gospel of John and chapter 8, chapter 8. Jesus made a statement in verse 51, verily, verily I say unto you, if a man keep my sayings, he shall never see death. They said, what? Are you greater than Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob? Those men died, They’re dead, and you’re trying to tell me that they didn’t believe, right?

Because they may believe right, and they’re dead. Who do you think you are? You know, they didn’t always believe everything Jesus said. Do you catch that? Verse 52, then said the Jews unto him, now we know that thou have the devil because that’s straight from the pits of hell. We know that. You ever heard anybody say stuff like that?

I think it’s first time I ever said it. In verse 52, Abraham is dead. The prophets and thou saith, if a man keep my sins, he shall never taste of death, or thou greater than our father Abraham, which is dead and the prophets are dead, whom make his thou nice. Who do you think you are? I’d love to have been there. I’d love to have been the Lord at this time. Oh, you want to know who I am? I’ll tell you who I am.

Now I’ll be taught to our out of them. I’d have had a problem, you know, loving my enemies, you know. So he says in verse 54, Jesus answered, if I honor myself, my honor is nothing. It is my father that honoreth me, of whom ye say, He is your God. Yet ye have not known him, but I know him. And if I should say I know him not, I shall be a liar just like you.” See, he never took the course, Del Carnegie’s course on how to win friends and influence people.

Can you believe that Jesus would say these things to these religious leaders? No one doesn’t know everybody got mad at him. But you know, truth is truth. And Jesus had a way of man piercing into the hearts of individuals. He revealed things about them. He knew who he was. He was letting them see what they are. We’re the children of Abraham. He says, oh no, you’re not. Abraham’s our father. He says, no, he’s not. Just because you have Jewish blood.

He’s talking about those that are of the faith are counted for the seed. That’s another message. Well look what he says in verse 56, your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day and he saw it and was glad. Then said the Jews unto him, they’ll wart not yet 50 years old and hast thou seen Abraham. They knew what he was saying. He said, I saw Abraham. Yeah, right. I want you to take your Bible and turn to the book of Genesis chapter 18 very quickly.

Genesis chapter 18. Genesis 18, I want you to see a phrase that’s mentioned here because this happened to Abraham, it happened to Jacob. Where God Himself in the Old Testament, it’s called theophanes. It means where the Lord Himself took upon human form and appeared. Now these human forms, see, they were not born. They were simply created and He dwelt in that body. It’s not the same as being born into the world, which was what Christ did when He came to make a payment for our sins.

So even when God made the promise to Abraham, what He was going to do in coming into the world and making a payment for the sins of the world, God made a covenant, but His covenant was an unconditional covenant. In other words, it didn’t depend upon Abraham’s faithfulness, It depended totally upon God’s faithfulness. And the only God could keep his word is that God said, through your seed, I’m gonna have a seed. The sun, the Messiah. I make the vow, I make the covenant.

I’m gonna come into the world and I’m gonna be born and live a perfect life. And I am going to fulfill the promise. It’s all of what God did. So him making these vows, and that’s why when Abraham had to, you know, with the sign or the seal of circumcision, when Christ came, he was circumcised on the eighth day, and he was called Jesus. He was called Jesus, or Yeshua. He came in order to fulfill the promise made by the Father.

Man could not have designed this. A man, naturally, could not figure out a story like this. This is the most awesome story in all the world. But he says in verse 1, and the Lord, L-O-R-D and Jehovah appeared unto him in the plains of memory. And he goes down through here and it makes this statement, see there in verse 14, is anything too hard for the Lord? And the Lord said in verse 17, shall I hide from Abraham that thing which I do?

Verse 20 and the Lord all caps. And then when the other two angels went away in verse 22 and the men turned their faces from thence, went towards Sodom, but Abraham stood yet before the Lord. Abraham’s still talking to the Lord and he’s in a physical form. He’s looked like a man, but he was God. And then you go to the book of John chapter 8 and he says before Abraham was, I I am. And Abraham rejoiced to see my day, and he saw it.

I was there and saw Abraham. They said, you’re not even 50 years old. What are you talking about? Who do you think you are? He is the Jehovah in the old-time. Abraham saw Christ, Christ saw Abraham, and he saw L-O-R-D, Jehovah, he saw God. Now, see there in verse 1 of chapter 17, Abraham was 90 years old, 90 years old and 9. The Lord appeared to Abraham. The Lord appeared. You know, we may wish that we had been there at those times, but it didn’t work that way.

But we can be very glad. Jesus Christ came into the world so that the whole world can know God. One day maybe we’ll see him, but maybe all we’ll ever see will be the Son of God. I don’t know. No man’s ever seen the face of God, or seen his shape, or seen his form. I don’t know. A lot of things God hasn’t revealed to me. I’m not seeing the Scriptures doesn’t teach it. It’s just, I don’t know everything in the book.

I’m curious, but I do want to know that people have trusted Christ of their Savior because of something that I teach. If you’re here and you’ve never trusted Christ as your Savior, you should. There is no other way for you to know God, to get into heaven, to have the free gift of eternal life, to know that you’re going to heaven. That’s the greatest news in all the world. This is you and me. This is…

This is sin. This is sin. We all have sin on us, but God said that He loves us, but He hates our sin. And for us to pay for sin, eternal separation from God in hell. But God loves us. He wants us to go to heaven. Go to heaven. We have to be perfect. Just as righteous as God. And none of us are perfect. None of us are righteous. We’ve all failed. We’ve all begun things wrong. And so the Bible says you cannot save yourself.

You cannot earn eternal life. This hand represents Jesus Christ. He’s the Lord God. in the flesh. He came into the world because he loves us. Hates our sin because our sin separates us from him. So Jesus Christ who had no sin did not have to die, but because he loved us, he took all the sin of all the world and through his blood, he made a payment. He died for without the shedding of blood is no remission for sin.

And I have given it to you upon the altar to make a torment for your sins, the blood. So he paid for our sins and came back again from the dead. And God said that if you and I, we would believe that he did it for us, he would forgive us of all of our sins. See, he can’t forgive you of the sins because the law demands a death payment. So Christ has to come and fulfill the demands of the law, die for everybody or nobody gets to be forgiven.

So you can’t be forgiven of your sins. Like, well, I never did it. Not unless they’re paid for it. So he paid for all the sins of the world so that everybody in the world could have their sins forgiven and you get to go to heaven on what he did. You didn’t earn it. You didn’t work for it. And yet there’s people who are trying to earn their way to heaven and they can’t have it. God cannot put this payment to your account If you’re trying to save yourself, won’t work.

Let’s pray, shall we? Never hit bow, never hit our clothes. No one looking around. If you’ve never trusted Christ as your savior, I’d encourage you to do so. Would you just write down the quietness of this moment, talk to the Lord and say, Lord, I don’t understand at all, but I believe you died on that cross and paid for my sins and I’m gonna trust you. Trust you is my only hope of going to heaven. Friend, if you will, God will save you.

He’ll save you from hell, give you eternal life and you get to go to heaven. Wouldn’t you like to know you’re going to heaven when you die? Why not right now? Lord, I believe you did it for me, and I’m gonna trust you right now. If you’re making that decision, friend, I’d love to have prayer for you. If you’ve already done so, you don’t have to do it again. But if you’ve never done it before, would you do it right now?

And if you will, would you just slip your hand up very quickly and put it right back down? Just let me know. Said, preach it, I will trust Christ as my savior. I wanna be certain I’m going to heaven. Come on with all before we close. Our Father, we thank You again for Your blessings. Thank You for all You’ve done for us. We’re thankful for the strength and the grace that You give us to do the things that You’d want us to do.

And we know, Lord, that one day we’ll have a better understanding. So much that we don’t understand now. So bless us in Christ and we pray. Amen.
