596-3771. Well, I want to talk to you a little bit about a little note that I wrote for the Crazy Evangelical Society. And they have some good people that do a lot of good teaching. A lot of them, I think, most of them may become from the allosteological seminary. And so they made a little statement about a quote that I had made. And one of my books, and of.”., Ilimits I made it over the radio and internet and all about, I believe, eternal security.

There’s not just a separate doctrine in salvation. I believe it is salvation. That’s what it’s about. I think it’s talking about the good news is you’re safe forever. Of course, you’ve got to have the death and burial and resurrection, but a lot of people believe in the death and burial and resurrection, and even the Christ paid for sin. They still don’t know where they’re going with they die. And they’re not secure. And a lot of preachers are not making the eternal security an issue.

And so they tell people that, well, you’re saved, because a lot of times people say, well, just get them saved. We’ll teach them eternal security later. How- I don’t know a person saved. Well, IÕm saved, okay?\/ Save from what?455 Oh, hell, apest. Well, if youÕre savedtheless then you ought to know what youÕre talking about. So anyway, there was quite a misconvee that had madeexit responses toue the statement they made. They said that they were/** having some questions about Yankee Arnold’s statement.

And so they were discussing it on their discussion page. I think it’s the first time I have spawns point of their discussion. And it was about a internal securitycluded. imura. I can’t get on a better subject than I can think of but anyway I wrote something back after reading some of their responses and how I got on their discussion group which is a closed group I don’t know unless they put me there because I don’t subscribe. So this is what I said.

I said okay it’s my turn to respond. Why did I make such a statement as to why I believe eternal security is the gospel. Should I believe a Bilderman is saved if he does not believe he has eternal life? Should I believe a Bilderman is saved if he does not know that he is saved from hell or that he is saved to heaven? If we are to go into the entire world and preach the gospel to every person, shouldn’t it be simple and clear and precise and without confusion?

If a person trusts Christlishes their Savior. Shouldn’t it be expected that they have received what God promised? The free gift of everlasting life. Now believe it or not, people had problems with this. When I posted that and I thought, you had a problem with what I have just said, then did you really understand the gospel? So anyway, I wrote some more What does it mean to promot?num? It means that I am not going to hell. If you’re talking about being saved, say from what?

Do me hell. Well, he’s going to your sins.Enjoy what you mean by that, though? I just know that there’s a hell. (). I don’t want to go there. Anyway, you got to do it. Iaundering. I don’t want to go there. So millenn. It means that I’m not going tooubted. No man can know that he is going to heaven until he knows that he cannot go to hell. So the reason for a person trusting Christ is Savior so they can go to heaven.

I mean that’s why I understand it, it’s so simple. So I can go there heaven and not go there hell. So I want to get saved. So my reason for trusting Christ is that I want something toverty place. Something’s got to happen. My destiny has got to be changed. Otherwise why am I doing this? Well I’m saved. But where are you going today? Well I don’t know but I’m saved. Saved is a word that meaning to it. It should mean something.

And so they said, well, just get them saved and teach them eternalrepre later. But I don’t know of how to get them saved without getting them to believe inEXT. In all these years that I talked to people and they have a lot of questions about and they’ll say they were saved. But they don’t know if they have eternal life or they’re sure going to have an idea with them as though they’re a lost person. I got to go back to the original, what did Jesus sayagascarandependent?

And what did Jesus do? Just simple things, you know)), like, what did He do? He paid for my sins. What did He say if I believe in His life? And I stated that and people had a problem with that. These are the ones that got degrees after their name. These are seminary students anditement in the ministry and having a difficult time understanding WB And I’m not looking at your right. Everlasting1900 means eternal. And Christ paying togeth for all of my sins is the basis for my security.

So if everlasting means eternal. And Christ paying for my sins is the basis for my security cause my sins are allresent. Security is my sins are paid. Now there’s only two things mentioned here. Is he paid for my sins? And if I believe I have eternal life. eternal life. Now what’s so hard about that? What’s so difficult about explaining that to somebody? See one of the biggest problems is this, if people are not therap winners they don’t really get the simplicity of the gospel.

They don’t strive to make it clear because olkien did not witness anybody anyway. So they become experts on how to tell everybodyvenue else what they shouldn’t do and what they shouldn’t say. And they get so theological that after Wellerrors nobody knows what to say or do.–>So I wrote this, the salvation of every man who doubts eternal security. Why? Because ifhe’sCommunity,JM why should….”I believe he saved? If he doubts about his salvation, whyHong why? Because he doubts his salvation. He has questions and alyses and securities and why should I believe he saved because he’s, he’s telling Coden Dell, doms Because the only way you can know that you’re going to heaven and you got to believe in eternal security, you got to believe that what Christ said when He gave eternal life, you got eternal life.

Now do you believe it or not? So all the questions and doubts a man may have about being sure of going to heaven may be traced back to doubting one what Jesus said or what Jesus did. All your questions and doubts go back to those two things. What Jesus did? You don’t believe what he said or you don’t believe what he did. Now did he pay for all my sins? If you really believe he paid for all my sins that I don’t have any sense to pay for it, right?

Now why would they polygamy can still go to hell if they sin? Then they don’t believe Jesus paid for all their sins. They’re saying the words, but they don’t believe it. If Jesus says, I’d give unto them eternal life, or I would have eternal life based upon the security of the person who promised it. He promised that I’d all be secure, right? And what does He secure me with? Eternal life. So then should I believe in eternal security? If I don’t believe in eternal security, I don’t believe the gospel because that is the good news.

Anyway, I wrote, what Jesus said was, he that believed it on me had that everlasting life. Does he or doesn’t he? What Jesus did was to pay for all of my sins so that I would not have to pay for my sins. Did he or didn’t he? So you see, eternal security is not a separate doctrine in salvation Timberwolves. The belief in eternal security is the only evidence you have that a person truly and genuinely believes in salvation by Christ alone, faith alone, grace alone toile and not of works that I signed at Romo.

But do y’all understand what I’m saying? I mean, I don’t believe that our people in our church are filled with, I mean, and doubts about where they’re goingsenal when they die. Because we tell them the truth about the God. We teach eternal security. But they say when they just get him saved, and you can teach out other stuff later. Because that’s darknective. You know, I just thought it was the good news. I mean, if Jesus says, he that believeth on me hath eternal life for one day.

How long would I think I would have eternal life? Well, at least one day. If he said he that believeth on me hath eternal life for a month. For a month, how long would I think I got it? For a month? What about a year? Well, but what if he said forever? Now, that would be good news, wouldn postp to be justified, declared righteous forever. That’s what makes it such good news. Anyway, they made some comments. So I said, okay, I’ll write one more word.

And this Legislator281, my final word that I’m going to do on this thing, because I don’t like to debate my points. I just, I stayed it and that’s it.Û I think if you can’t understand what I’m saying by what I’m saying and you know what you believe about what you want, sense as talking. Why? Because you know what you believe and I know what I believe and I’m not changing. Well if you’re not changing we don’t have anything to talk about.

But when they put my name in there and they say, Yankee said this, what do y’all think? Anyway there’s always somebody trying to educate the preacher. So I wrote this. It appears by the various comments on this issue of eternal security that there are many that are struggling with not only what is the gospel but how to share it. Over the years,Iv have had many people tell me that we should justubuntu saved and they can learn about eternal security later.

But that is just the problem. We should not consider anyone saved until they believe in eternal security. This does not mean teaching them all the various doctrines of the Bible, but persuading a person to believe Christ paid for all of his sins. And by believing this, God gives them eternal life. This is two things. Now, hang on that almost all the time. If a person received eternal life the moment he believes on Christ, shouldn’t that person believe at that very moment he has received what God promised?

Which is eternal life? He then believed with only half what? All right, if I believe when should I receive it? When should I expect to receive it? If a person says I believe I don’t knowancel have eternal life, do they believe it? No, they don’t believe it. Now I don’t uint a problem in understanding that, but some people cannot see this. Just get them saved. I don’t know how to do it no other way. What do I tell a person to do to get saved without teaching them this?

See Igregation can’t separate salvation from eternal security. I don’t know how to do it. Maybe I should have done it. Anyway, the next statement. If a person receives eternal life, the moment he believes on Christ, shouldn’t that person believe at that very moment he has received what God has promised? Is eternal life? If a person does not know that he has eternal life, does he believe what Christ said? If you were to ask me how I I know that I’m going to heaven the answer is simpleitime I’m going to heaven because I don’t have to pay for any of my sins The answer is simple Christ died for my sins Isn’t it we go into all the world and tell them that Jesus Christ died and paid for all of your sins Isn’t that what we tell them and if they believe it we’re supposed to tell them that

God says he didn’t believe it I mean half everlasting life But it’s based upon he paid for our sins. So the death, Berlin resurrection is what makes the good news possible. It is the gospel. It’s the foundations of the gospel because without the death, Berlin resurrection, there is no gospel to tell. So we must believe in the death, Berlin resurrection of Christ overwhelms that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures. It’s also in there in Ioverecantians chapter 15.

It wasn’t that he died and was buried in rose again. But according to the screen, He died for our sins, five words. And if you let that out, then there is no good news. There’s no gospel. Christ died and was buried and rose again. That’s great. But how did that get me to heaven? Anyway, if you were to ask me, Iuits a I have a paymentivic my sins. There is nothing Courtesy about subparagraph explaining this toALSE men. In 50 years, I haven’t had a real problem explaining to a person that’s lost.

Christ died and paid for all of your sins. He came back from the dead and and said the only thing He wanted you to do is believe He did it for you. What’s so hard about telling the lost man that? And that if you believe it, God gave you eternal life. So I usually start off with, , where are you gonna go when you die? Well, I guess I’ll go to hell. Or do you know you’re going to heaven?

I don’t know. And then after I explain it, and I said, does that make sense? Well, if you died right now, where would you go? I’m goingBeg to heaven. They weren’t going, now they are going, something happened. They must have heard something that made sense. And the only reason they can know they’re going to heaven is because they believe that Christ paid for their sins and they have no more sins to pay for, and that gives them security. Well, just get them saved for how long?

How long are they going to be saved for? Well, you can give them just the eternal life. us later. 8 manslaughterssl. 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 No, I don’t see it that way. And yes, I will defend the truth of the gospel. There is nothing hard about explaining this to the lost man. Why should I believe an Armenian is saved if they believe they can lose their eternal life? Do they really believe Christ paid for all their sins?

If they believe he can commit sin and lose it, then they don’t believe Christ paid for all their sins. It’s either yes or no. See the true or false? because they came on and said, according to what Arnold says, that means I’m fixing to getit. If what he says is true, then everybody that’s an Armenian that believe they can lose theirowered, well, then they’re going to hell according to Arnold. No, according to the Bible. Either you’re trusting Christ, or you’re not trusting Christ.

Anybody who believe who believe they can lose their salvation, I consider them lost until I know they really believe, in our life andFIX, because if you believe you can lose it, You cannot know you’re going to heaven. And if you don’t know you’re going to heaven, well I believe a person is lost. Because I can talk to a lot of people, where are you going today? I talked to them any other day. I looked at them and IRepublic, and I said, sir, I said, you have your job and I have my job.

And I said, my job is trying to find a little lost sheep. know, iership, you look like a little I sheep, Sova he looked at me. He says, no, I’m not a little I sheep. He said, I know the Lord, I Carbuncle, I know I’m going to have my name. I’m looking for a little lost sheep. Anyway, why should I believe an Armenian is saved if they believe they can lose their salvation? Do they really believe Christ paid for all their sins or that he turned?

NRS. I************, you POLITICO, you don’t really believe it’s a gift. Do they really trust Christ is their savior? Arecms they really trusting Christ as their savior if their salvation depends upon them? So why should I believe they have eternal life? If they don’t believe they have eternal life. So anyway, that was my last, this last part I haven’t posted it yet. I wanted to look at it and think about it beforeeor I do. Isn’t life wonderful? Knowing that people are maybe reading what you’re saying and’,” then they wanna debate it?”

Anyway, we’re gonna make a few comments in the book of Hebrews. And I said, I think the last time we was teaching Hebrews, that I believe that the book of Hebrews is given us a good foundation on why we have eternal salvation, eternal security is explained in the book of Hebrews and one the main reasons that we should believe in eternal security, because it’s gonna teach us that throughout the book of Hebrews. So there’s this promise that God has made.

Soolitan just wanna give you a little brief review on that, playback your Bible. But take your Bible by the book of Romans in chapter four, the book of Romans in chapter four, because God made a promise to Abraham that the heathen would be justifiedjavascript. And he said this before267 there was a nation of Byzant. So at that point it wasn’t just Gentiles and Hebrews, it wasUltimately was a heathen without God. So God was going to justify everybody using Gentiles alike because he did this before Israel became a nation but they would be saved by ERROR and FAITHconservancy.

And yet he made that promise for 130 years before the law was even given. So look there in’ Romans chapter 4 and look in verse 13. For the promise that he should be the heir of the world was not to Abraham or to his seed through the law, but through the righteousness of faith. In other words, that God would let a man have his righteousness, and by faith alone So there is a by faith righteousness and a by works righteousness And what hath Abraham found that it’saeper not by your works 03 It was by faith and faith alone.

You see what he says right here in chapter 4 Looking verse 3AMY For what sayeth the scripture Abraham believed God and it was unto him for righteousness. God would give him his righteousness by Abraham’s faith alone. But did Abraham know anything about, the seed? Yes, because God had promised to himionage that through him the seed would come and he knew about the Messiah. He knew about Jesus Christ. And when you read in the book of Hebrews in chapter 11, it talks about Abraham knew that if he was to slay his own son, that278 he believed God would raise him from the dead389 and receive him as a type.

And he knewjoy about that. So it’s not like well he didn’t know anything about it. I believe he did. And believe in the direction. But now notice, he says in verse four, now do him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace but ofhattan. So we know that salvation must be by grace. And if a man had to earn it, then God would be in debt to the person. And I don’t believe God’s going to be in .

He says in verse 5, but to him that work of not. not believe it on him that justify the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness. Why did God make salvation by faith and not by works? Because if it was by works, nobody could have it, and he he unnecess it would not be sure to anybody. He says, say that in the Bible, I’m afraid it does. Looking verse 14, for if they which are of the laws be heirs, faith is made void.

In other words, if you’re going to)| get this justification or this righteousness by your words, well then faith is made void because it’s not by you trusting in what somebody did for you, you’d have to do it for yourself. So he says, and the promise is made of none effect. The promise promise thatDownloadha God would justify the heathen through faith than is of no effect because nobody could earn it. Now I notice what else he says in verse 15, because the law worked at wrath for where no law was there was no transgression but God gave the law to show we cannot save ourselves by our works.

So we have to trust the Lord. Now looking for 16. Therefore it is of faith that it might be by grace. Why? To the end, the promise might be and you ought to underline. the line those three little words. Sure to all. There is your eternal security. That it might be a guarantee. Why? Because if it’s free, you don’t have to earn it and once you have it, you cannot lose it. So Hebrews is explained to us how the payment Christ made was sufficient for everybody’s sins.

See, a lot of people believe that Jesus is necessary. They just don’t believe He is enough. And you’d be surprised how that a person who is trying to help save themselves is spitting in Christ’s face. They’re saying what Christ___ospelFalse His very guess. All of that you did for us, but we know that that was not enough to save me. I’ll help. That is a rebuke to Jesus Christ. That is like crucifying Christ open again. Arpaio sings a song every once in a while and I get a chance to have him do it.

It’s about drop of blood and the other one is does Every time I fail to accrucify the Lord again, how does he feel when we as his children despise the payment that he made by adding to it or not believing that what he’sPictured. he steal, fill the nails every time I failamd sufficient. I just think it is so arrogant for an individual to try to dampen and put down as though well as he puts it in the book of Hebrews done despite to the spirit of grace.

But anyway, so he says here in the last. Verse 16, to the end the promise might beowship to all the seed. So take your Bible and YORK over there now to the book of Galatians very quickly. I just want to show you this in Galatians in chapter 3, because of the promise that God made gp. And then he says here in verse 21, is the law then against the promises of God? God forbid. For if there had been a law which could have given life, fairly righteousness should have been by the law, but there is no law that was given that would guarantee eternal life.

And yet people trying to earn their way to heaven and they cannot accept the fact that they are worked to have absolutely nothing to do with it but the only way you can be sure to anybody you would have to be free so to me the truth of the gospel is that it has to be free and it has to last forever if it’s not free it’s not the gospel if it doesn last forever it’s not the gospel of the Chapter 2.

And togethe he says they’re again in chapter two and verse three. How shall we escape if we neglect so we can neglect so great salvation? You see this great salvation. And we can get0000000ed how great it is. It isn’t that it is. But I believe it also this is talking about this great salvation. The law could not touch. There is no other option. There’s no plan B or C. There’s just plan A and A. And it’s the greatest thing that’s ever come into this world.

This so great a salvation. It is so great that it paid for all of our sins all at one time. And it is so great that it gives us eternal life. And there is a reason for our accepting that and agreeing to that because not to believe it is to despise the gospel of God. the gospel of Jesus Christ, not to believe in eternal security. To question and to doubt our salvation is calling God like a liar, which is what is mentioned in book of 1 John in chapter 5.

But now, since we have970 so great a salvation, tells us about having a high priest and comparing Jesus Christ with the high priest of old and Aaron and his, uh, lineage down to the tribe of Levi and how that Jesus was going to be a priest after the order of Melchizedek, which there’s noBron beginning is no ending and he received ties of Abraham and even Levi, the tribe of Levi in Abraham, paid ties unto Melchizedek. And I’ll bring out some other stuff about that a little bit later.

But I want you to look now in verse 9 of chapter 6. Because a man cannot lose salvation, we can go on to maturity. Even though a person has not grown in the LordFax theyskip a child of God. They have not been a and gnawled because it can’t, it is sure to every person that believes. And so he says here in verse nine, but beloved 🙁 we are persuaded. Better things of you, ): things that accompany salvation. Not salvation, but things like bringing forth the blessings that God wants us to, God using us.

Otherwise a life that brings forth briars and thorns is not pleasing to God. And those are things that are gonna be a wasted life. And it’s of no profit. And there’s many of God’s children that live their whole life. And they’re not profitable to God, they’re not profitable to anybody. They just live and they exist. They go through life and it has nothing to do with the Lord. Are you a new listener to Bibleline? Do you enjoy the teachings of Dr.
